Veracity did a great job on the installation. Everything was right on time, except when weather permitted.

I might recommend Veracity to someone who is rich or has a good paying full time job! My French doors are beautiful but surely overpriced. I have had a few issues with them already and they don't seem to be as "sound" as the information I was provided with claimed they would be. Sears gave me an estimate for the same doors which was $1,000 less, but they have had a lot of negative reviews since their recent changes, while Veracity had many more positive reviews. Thankfully, Veracity offers financing options, as my new doors have added a few extra years of work to my plans to retire in the near future!

Sales and service very nice. Make a quality product that is distinctively better quality than the original sliding doors we had in our home.

It was good service overall. It was a pretty high price. There were hiccups with the installation. It took a while for them to deliver it. They kept coming back one after the other. It took another month to get the screen door. It just arrived late last week. The process was lengthy, and the product is expensive. There were minor hiccups with the operation of the door. They do have very good service. They are very professional and very nice. They do a good job, but the installation was lengthy.

From the initial sales pitch to the competitive pricing to the scheduling to the installation to the product itself, we felt comfortable with all of our Veracity contacts the entire way through the process. We are looking to get all of our windows done but our financial situation was such that we could only afford to get the highest priority one done immediately. Our rep was able to extend the same discounted, Black Friday pricing for a year...we intend to take him up on the offer soon!

Everything was great on the install. Although, they did get dust everywhere when installing the back door.

It's been almost two years and we are very pleased with our Infinity Windows. They are as beautiful and functional as the day they were installed.

I was surpised at how affordable it was and the product is very good.

Great Service and always on time.Great windows.My only question that has not been answered is why on a sunny day my window that is on the East side and faces the sun pops in the early morning. It sounds like something is maybe expanding. The installation was great and on time. The popping is just annoying.

I was only disappointed by the screens; they were in bad shape and I had to stay home and wait for a second install while they were being replaced.

They did a wonderful job and the installers were fabulous, they kept everything nice and clean, an A+ from me.
