Valor did a very good job

Valor gave me a fair price, excellent service, and did it in a timely manner.

Workers took 2+ hours for lunch sitting in my front yard in front of my security camera. A strong storm came in around 4 so they had to rush to finish everything. In the process they damaged my siding, rails on my porch, and my gutters. Also, they left tons of nails on the ground and trash from where they ate. The roof itself looks good. However the trash left on the ground and damage to other areas of my home are unacceptable. Especially since that probably could have been completely avoided by knowing not to take 2 hours for lunch when a strong storm had been in the weather forecast for days.

I love the fact that part of the money goes to veterans and helping them out.

Communication - The work party Crew Chief was very courteous and forthcoming to questions asked. He kept us informed as necessary.

Professional & Organized - We had a leak right after the rain came through. When I called they sent someone out in 45 minutes to address the leak. Then they sent out a small crew to fix the ceiling. We were very pleased with that.

Clean

Clean - I didn't find any nails or anything like that.
