I started Valdicass Inc. windows and doors replacement company with a dream of creating the world’s greatest replacement firm. To go above and beyond – exceeding expectations for all our customers. Raised in Poland in Carpenters Family I was thought best practices to deliver quality work and customer satisfaction. I started this company because i absolutely Love construction. We have completed over 7000 projects since we started and we achieve 100% customer satisfaction. That was only possible because we Love what we do. We know we are not the cheapest or the fastest because our goal is to continue to be the best. As a family owned and operated Chicago, IL, home improvement company since 1997 Valdicass, Inc. takes pride in helping you make your home safe, comfortable and energy efficient in the most cost-effective way. For almost 2 decades we have prided ourselves in offering homeowners industry leading window and door products and the expertise needed to ensure they are installed to manufacturer specifications and homeowner expectations.

Types of work - I purchased my new ProVia entry and storm doors thru Valdicass. They removed my old doors and installed the new ones. A year and a half ago they installed new Pella windows in my house.
Clean
Clean - The Valdicass crew goes above and beyond to keep the worksite clean during the process. They leave it spotless when done. In addition, they dress professionally and look like a class-act, which they are!!

Safe - The Valdicass crew keeps a clean worksite, continually picking up materials and keeping pathways clear.

Professional & Organized - I cannot say enough positives about the Valdicass staff. Having had them install new doors and windows for me on two separate projects, I can say that their professionalism, as well as all the positive qualities noted in this review, have remained consistent throughout.

Additional Comments - The staff at Valdicass spent a good deal of time with me at the start of the project, showing me samples, pointing out options and helping me make decisions on my door selections, which I really appreciated. The crew that installed my doors were professional, courteous, and skilled. The crew leader kept me updated as the project went on. The work that they did was very good. I’m confident that I received the best that is available!
