Professional & Organized

Professional & Organized - 100% - they could have cut corners and I may not have found but I am pretty observant. NO!, They were more maticulous than me and were very honest and true about the project. Literally pointed out things I would have over-looked and they personally were not satisfied. They maintained a higher standard than I did.

Additional Comments

Additional Comments - You will pay a premium but I want a team that treats my house and my family as though it needs to last +100 years. Don't hire Valdicast if you want cheap, higher them if you want qualify at a very, very fair price.

Additional Comments

Additional Comments - I’m so glad I chose this company to replace my windows with a Pella multi-stacking sliding door. Out of the three companies I spoke with, Valdicass stood out as the most knowledgeable about Pella products and never tried to oversell. They’re not your typical door and window company with pushy sales tactics. Mario, the salesperson, was professional, friendly, and very well-informed. Greg did a fantastic job cutting the masonry and even installed a new drainage system. Jesse, the crew leader, ensured the installation was outstanding—everything is perfectly leveled, the door glides smoothly, and the team took care to seal off the room to minimize dust while leaving everything spotless afterward. Finally, Teri, who oversaw the entire project, was an excellent communicator and made the whole process seamless. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the entire team.
