It was way above my expectations as far as the quality of the product and a quick installation. I'm looking forward to working with them again on future projects.
Its impossible to get through by telephone to the office. Also, we had put down a deposit for installation of a heater in Dec. of 2020. I had attempted to get an update on our project and a starting date. I finally contacted my salesman who helped me to get in touch with the company. This took place in March of 2021. I have recommended Undercover to many people, but the delay in my project and inability to get in touch with anyone by telephone left me less than happy. I will say that once my salesman helped me, everyone responded.
I already have recommended them to multiple people!
Overall the quality of the work done and the materials used was excellent. Persistent post-project contacts requesting the posting of reviews are an undesirable aspect of the project.

They cleaned up after the project and left me we beautiful, working outdoor heaters. They exceeded all of my expectations!

Overall the work was satisfactory. The scheduling was a snafu as the electrician who was to come to my home was on vacation on the date when they scheduled the appointment. They rectified this promptly, but not on the same day.
If you are looking for a quality deck job done by excellent, experienced carpenters who know how to work with the newest materials, then I would highly recommend Masterdecks! After 3 years of looking for the right company to make our vision for a low maintenance, long lasting deck and getting multiple bids, I'm glad we found Masterdecks. We wanted 1 contractor who could do the whole project, Azek deck with glass railing and waterproof the underside of the deck.

Working with Masterdecks was a great experience as the project management and onsite install for the main portion of our project was great. The reason for not providing a 5 star rating was that an additional crew was brought in to complete a separate portion of the project and their install was not as good or professional compared to the main installer. The main installer had to return and fix the other crew's mistakes.
The promised works from walk thru to contracts were not followed correctly and when we realized that one of the main jobs of having a street lamp wasn’t included even though that email & verbal communications were expressed (specifically because they told us to get a pit dug on the very first day and we had to hire someone in a rush and paid extra to get it done the first day), when the other jobs were done, the office lady named Linda gave us a hard time on scheduling. She will tell us a schedule and then a no show/no call and we have to directly contact the electricians that worked on our property to check if they had been scheduled and will be told that they didn’t get notified. Several times she scheduled it before the holidays like eve of Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve that we stopped calling and following up on her because of her attitude and lying. We communicated directly to electricians and finally for the job done before Christmas.
They did an outstanding job on my project .On time organized. Looked very nice.
We had our spa wired. It was a long run. The two electricians worked quite hard and into the evening to finish the job. It was exactly what I was looking for - the route, terminations, etc. I am very satisfied with their work.

Our new low maintenance Azek deck with an undercover system so the patio below stays dry is built to last. We love new the glass railing that is so much better than the old one.
