Ryan Dickerson was a pleasure to work with. USA Roof Masters helped us contend successfully with our homeowner's insurance carrier to get the entire roof replaced after much wind/storm damage. The job was done quickly and efficiently with a high degree of cleanliness. The workers found 6 sheets of plywood needing to be replaced which was also submitted to our carrier. They handled most of the problems with my insurance and the hail damage and resolved them efficiently.

Very smooth no issues they took care of everything. The work is great and high quality. Matt Harker was excellent to work with and had no problems getting in touch with them with any questions.

So we had a roof leak out of the blue after a hail storm and we called them up as they were one of the highest rated on Google reviews in our area and were local and had a free inspection. Matt Harker came out and helped inspect the roof looked at the damage and gave us an honest assessment of the damage and the remedies. We apparently had a lot of hail damage from the storm and it wasn't even like made up he showed up pictures drew circles so we called out insurance company (Metlife) The insurance company sent their adjuster and got the whole thing cleaned up real quick.

Then Matt and his team took over from there. They explained every step of the process helped explain what the differ parts do and then we got to pick the color. Install day came they were here early and finished in 8 hours took care of moving things out of the way and put everything back (better then they even found it) and the results are fantastic. He has been in constant communication making sure we are happy the whole time I feel like I can contact him any time and get a good response.

I have no complaints to be honest. They use excellent materials (Highest rated shingles by Consumer Reports in fact I looked that up on my own they didn't even advertise that) great workers who do everything carefully and properly and responsive service. With a nice long warranty to boot (We are getting the 50 year warranty)
