Customer satisfaction is the key to more business. You hold a very strict line on charges for items that would actually benefit your installer to finish faster and better. You wanted to charge me $350 to put a clean new toilet in place of a Dirty toilet that would need cleaning before resealing!

Originally I had a bid with USA Bath through Home Depot, I couldn't see the advantage of paying extra just going through HD. So I went though USA Bath alone. I was very please with the sales person who came to the house, she provided pictures & cost to exactly what I was asking to have changed. At no time did she try to up-sell me on additional products or a more expensive line than what I was asking for. In fact she did all she could to keep my renovation in a price range with which I was comfortable.

We had 2 showers and toilets replaced this month and are very pleased with the results. The installer was polite and did an excellent job. Our project was completed on time. We had a miscommunication regarding the trim in one of our showers that would have resulted in a price increase that we decided not to do. Took a star off for that.

We know many people who have had bathroom remodels that took months. They had promises of a quick remodel; however, workers wouldn't show up for days at a time or materials weren't on time, and their demolition had already started with no access to bathroom use.
We knew exactly what was happening every step of the way and everyone did their job as it was described. Everyone was very accomodating and efficient. We also liked that the central office kept checking in to keep us up-to-date of time schedules and to be sure all was going well. We have already told friends of the great work that was done.
