We had 2 showers and toilets replaced this month and are very pleased with the results. The installer was polite and did an excellent job. Our project was completed on time. We had a miscommunication regarding the trim in one of our showers that would have resulted in a price increase that we decided not to do. Took a star off for that.

We had a great experience with Bath Planet. We will recommend them to any friends and family needing a bathroom upgrade. Everyone was nice, knowledgeable and professional. The install was finished quickly and was super clean. Everyone was responsive and patient with our questions and requests. Our new shower is looks great!

We know many people who have had bathroom remodels that took months. They had promises of a quick remodel; however, workers wouldn't show up for days at a time or materials weren't on time, and their demolition had already started with no access to bathroom use.
We knew exactly what was happening every step of the way and everyone did their job as it was described. Everyone was very accomodating and efficient. We also liked that the central office kept checking in to keep us up-to-date of time schedules and to be sure all was going well. We have already told friends of the great work that was done.

I loved the service and my new bathrooms are beautiful! However, they are a little expensive, we spent more than we expected to.

Mark, the sales rep and Kelly, the installer were professional, personable, and demonstrated a great sense of caring.

We are really pleased with USA Bath - Home of Bath Planet in Sacramento. What my wife and I received from USA Bath - Home of Bath Planet in Sacramento was not what we were expecting. It was much, much more! They especially surprised us with their customer care. Their was a small flaw in our bathroom, and they did not hesitate to address it. The only way to fix the flaw was to rip out the entire bath and redo it. They did not hesitate. They had the materials there within a few weeks and had the job completed. We are very pleased with USA Bath - Home of Bath Planet in Sacramento and what went on.

There is a long delay in getting an instal date. But once you have an install date they are prompt. They also complete the project in a timely and expedient manner, without sacrificing quality.

All our expectations were met. The end product came out just beautiful.

So far I like the work that they did. They did a good job, showed up on time, very courteous, stayed late to finish the job.

Once all the parts were available, (I had to call a few times, though for updates) they put me on their schedule and the job was completed in that time frame. Only 4 stars as I had to do the follow up multiple times. They exceeded the time frame mentioned in my contract, due to supply delays and running over into holidays. However, they were all very helpful.
