The installers did an excellent job. The windows are beautiful and make the rooms feel larger.

Where horrible They did not listen to my concerns and took me as a foolish person. It didn't know what I was talking about is if I don't know what's going on in my own house. I told them I need Replaced for the rotten wood. A treated me as if I didn't know what hour was talking about

Installers did a great job

Windows came earlier than expected, installer was on time, professional, courteous and cleaned up when finished.

The crew tried to leave without making sure that the job was done perfectly. Mrs Craig found several discrepancies in the work done. There was a gap in the top of the door that allowed sun to shine through, which meant that rain could've come through as well. There was a sharp piece of metal outside of the door that I could've cut my foot on. There was a messt texture to the trimming on my back door. There was plaster dust left all over my stove top and on the floor of my pantry, that I had to clean up myself. For the amount that we paid for this door, I don't appreciate the shorty job that was done. After I pointed out the errors that were there, the crew corrected them. The fact that they were going to leave with those errors there is just wrong!!!

They didn't drive me crazy with calls, they told me how it would progress and thats what happened. The salesman was very personable, the measurer was quick and accurate and the installers a pleasure.

Price is very expensive.

Terrible communication, I can't get ahold of anyone since the sale. Windows seem fine but what good is a warranty when no one will call you back?

I will recommend Universal Windows Direct every day, all day long, for the rest of my life. Most people are afraid to get new windows because they feel like they can't afford them, but sometimes you need to bite the bullet, and that was the best thing I have ever done.

Universal Windows Direct does not honor its agreements. We were informed that we would have a lifetime warranty with no fees. However I was informed a few days ago that we would be charged $149 for each visit.
