The windows themselves are very good. They’re very well-made and and look great. However, the patio doors are a little difficult to open and close. They’re supposed to get easier with time I hope so. And the actual Windows themselves are a little smaller than the original ones and I’m sure that’s because of their design. It doesn’t cause a problem just something I noticed that wasn’t mentioned when we talked to the salesman. and the patio door width is smaller, which makes the actual entrance smaller and the threshold itself is a little higher. You have to e tea careful step up.
The window is beautiful, not 1 draft
Everyone I spoke with were very professional and informative about the process.
Extra Kudos to Cody. He was always on top of the whole process
Had to have one of the screens replaced due to a rip. It was done, but it's a different screen than the window next to it, and the mesh one one panel is a bit crooked
Everything was done very quickly
The finace company you use called and e mailed me too much. They also were not clearly explaining what money's they wanted.
The installers filled my recycle bin with their rubbish. I have two large bins right next to each other: one is clearly all blue for recycling and the other is clearly all black, for rubbish/trash/landfill. I typically fill the recycle bin about every two weeks, and the rubbish/trash bin about once every 5 weeks. Now, my recycle storage in the house is overflowing, waiting for the next trash day to make room. Meanwhile, my black trash bin has one bag in it (whereas my recycle bin was half filled with recyclables -- if they all were color blind, all they had to do was open both lids to find that the one with the most empty space was the correct one for all their trash ... which is NOT recyclables.
Plus - I had ordered a textured glass for the bathroom window, and it came clear. I called and left a voice mail asking if anything could be done - perhaps maybe my textured window was still in the warehouse and they accidentally grabbed someone else's clear window. Nobody bothered to call back. Which is a shame on their part -- because I was thinking about changing one of my kitchen windows into a textured window, and wanted to get a price on just the one window. I really think the textured glass would look so great on that wall. Oh well, there are dozens of other window companies.
The product seems satisfactory, but the installers did not replace the trim around the door like the salesman told us they would, and they damaged the drywall and stucco during the removal of the old door without fixing.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
The people who installed my windows and balcony door were very professional. Also when they had to cut into my floor the supervisor explained why they had to cut into my floor so the frame of the balcony door can fit.
The installation guy, Justin and his helper were excellent and thorough. Did a nice job.
Efficient install...beautiful product!
