The installers addressed every concern I had
The company absolutely lied about many things and when questioned, had no ideas of the things happening. I paid extra for "problematic" windows and after 3 sets of people looked at the windows, we were told the windows could not be put in. I had to make a total of 12 phone calls to get it resolved and 9 of the 12 calls went to voicemails. There were 2 people that measured our windows and they didn't seam to know what they were doing. When I mentioned there were 2 people that measured the windows, everyone that I mentioned it to seamed confused as to why there were 2 people and not just one. Our Sales person said he use to install windows, found out that was not true. Our sales person said the company does not use outside contractors. That was also not true. The windows were 2 weeks late. Absolutely no communication from the time we bought the windows to the time they called to schedule the install. The managers that I talked to from Ohio were insistent that I fix the windows that I had paid extra for them to fix. All around awful experience and would not recommend to anybody.
the windows we received seem to be leaking and seem to be causing excess moisture in some areas of our home
My purchase date was July 22, 2020, and had to wait until Oct. 13, 2020 for them to be installed. 3 months is too long to wait, especially when the salesman said they had an abundance of glass due to the corona virus.
The work is not completed, and the company is trying to charge us for something they messed up. Phone calls are not being returned even after approximately six attempts over the past three to four weeks.
We have used your company for 4 separate projects and with every projects it is getting harder and harder to deal with you guys.
Windows were ordered Measurements 3 times Verbally checked 3 times 2 windows made incorrectly No idea when this will be reconciled No / zero communication
I would definitely let people know about the high pressure sales. Also, the salesperson and the window measurer were not upfront about what we would lose with the new windows. We lost beautiful 1 inch wood trim on the inside of our windows and had to move all of our blinds out. This required re-drilling holes, etc...
Pushy salesmen, bad communication
Waited 12 weeks to have an communication with anyone from the company.
This company was several weeks later than their original estimate, didn't show up for one scheduled installation, then didn't complete all of the contracted work when they finally did show up. Two additional work days are pending, and yet this company thought it was appropriate to charge my credit card the full contracted price. The answer I'm receiving is that my situation has been sent to upper management, but it doesn't seem like upper management actually cares at all.

Took to long to receive windows. Three and half months from purchasing to install
Most of the experience was positive, however due to covid delays I was left in the dark with no customer service contacting me to let me know there were delays or why. I had to try to call (no luck) and then go to the web site which was not kept up to date. The customer service was a big disappointment.

Love the windows purchased this year and last time and the new sliding door.
Overall Installation Experience - Very professional workmanship. Worked quickly, and cleaned up the mess. Impressive.
Our window were measured wrong. They couldn't be installed, so we don't have our windows.
Clean - I had nothing to clean up. They left my place as the found it!

Overall Installation Experience - The installation crew was only one guy. He did an excellent job. He was on time. Clean and respectful of our home. He went out of his way to make sure everything was good.

Additional Comments - The job was so well done, that I would like to get an estimate on gutters, downspouts, and soffits. Possibly exterior door replacement, also.
