I am very pleased with the Work that was performed in putting in my new windows. so far the performance of the new windowshas been excellent.
They were very good calling, messaging me to let me know about status of door. It came very quickly.
The windows themselves are great but the entire process with our sales person, measuring and communication was extremely lacking.

The job is not complete. I’ve tried reaching out to Universal but haven’t gotten a call back. The door was installed incorrectly. Now the exit is blocked because there’s a cabinet that prevents it from opening. I was told that another door will be ordered a the incorrectly installed door will be removed and the correct one will be installed. But no one has confirmed this. It’s unsettling. Will this be rectified? Will I get a call apologizing for the inconvenience? We’ve paid a good amount of money for service but did not receive a completed service. Before at least we could open the door now we can’t at all. I’m not happy with my service. He should’ve checked this before he removed my door.
Too expensive and you raised the price on me 5k after I agreed to go with you, which blew my budget.

My windows are good I just felt that Universal Windows doesn’t communicate very much which left me confused when there was pretty signup time between appointments
My windows have cold draft every where. I had to have someone from universal window come to inspect. I had to wait 2 weeks.

My sales rep Tyler was very professional and informed but I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase which I appreciate. The work crew that came to the house on installation day was fantastic, very professional and polite, considerate of our home and went above and beyond.

For Windows-100% great experience. For siding- installation was fabulous, customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced.

The sales person was great after that the customer service went downhill. The person who took window measurements did that wrong. The customer service lady on the phone Christian I think was not very nice. Returned phone calls took longer than they should have. I'm not happy overall and I don't think you all care.
