My wife and I also really appreciate the respect to our home Ulta's team put forth and it did not go unnoticed. Contractor paper was taped down in all areas of the home they would walk on and they always politely asked if they could use a certain area of our home. I know some companies will skip this aspect of a job but we feel this is just as important as the construction work itself.
My floor installation was part of a bathroom renovation that was being handled by another company. We met certain delays in the project and Bruno was great about being flexible and patient with our schedule. He even reached out to us a few times to see how things were going and when we were finally ready for Ulta he got his team here very quickly and worked a partial weekend to finish the project with minimal impact to the other company.
I was very satisfied with the products Ulta chose for the heated floor as the thermostat is modern, touch screen and has app functionality. They also used a loud mouth detector to ensure the installation of the heated wiring was never damaged during the entire process providing a nice professional peace of mind.
Ulta also uses a website called Builder Trend where you can make an account to see the latest updates to your projects. This was unexpected but a really nice touch. In this portal you can see open invoices, the schedule Ulta has made with you and the workers upload photos of the project as they work on it. It just goes to show the effort Ulta Home Improvements is putting into all aspects of their company to operate at a high level in this modern world.
I have already recommended Ulta to some high end clients.
