Ulta Home Improvements was extremely easy to work with. They communicated well, not only about scheduling but in discussing details of the project, making sure they understood what I wanted, suggesting improvements where appropriate, following up on projects after completion and just generally being a pleasure to work with from the original salesperson to the project managers to the carpenter and painters.

Speaking of carpenters, Aldo, was fantastic about making my wants work given space and other constraints in my closets, being extremely responsive when I wanted changes or thought a new product wasn't working right. He was a very knowledgeable and skillful carpenter who went above and beyond.

Ulta Home is always incredibly professional and reliable and does excellent work.

I have a large house, and it is expensive to paint the entire house at once. Ulta allowed me to have sections of the painting done at different times. I had one side completed in April, and then four months later, I painted the front of the house. In the spring, I will work on another section of the house. I was not treated poorly or belittled because I did not have the entire house painted at one time. They sent the same painter, Jefferson, who made painting an art. The paint is like velvet.

We were super impressed with every aspect of Ulta's work on our house. They did a gorgeous painting job -- beginning with an extraordinary degree of prep work, followed by meticulous, beautiful painting. Our old Victorian had a lot of tricky issues for them to solve and they did so skillfully and beautifully. The team of painters could not have been better or more responsive, and the same with project management. Everyone was friendly, courteous, efficient, considerate, and their workmanship is simply stellar. We are very satisfied and grateful customers!

I found it to be a very professional organization. The person that came to look over the job and give the estimate was very knowledgeable, kind, honest, and sincere. He told me that he had three levels of service. I chose the Prime. The job costs less based on the type of paint. The gentleman gave a written estimate and I was very pleased with the estimate. It was within what I expected to pay. I would grant the young man an A. He presented the company very distinctly and each level. I liked that. He was extremal good in asking what my needs were and suggesting different options.

My wife and I also really appreciate the respect to our home Ulta's team put forth and it did not go unnoticed. Contractor paper was taped down in all areas of the home they would walk on and they always politely asked if they could use a certain area of our home. I know some companies will skip this aspect of a job but we feel this is just as important as the construction work itself.

My floor installation was part of a bathroom renovation that was being handled by another company. We met certain delays in the project and Bruno was great about being flexible and patient with our schedule. He even reached out to us a few times to see how things were going and when we were finally ready for Ulta he got his team here very quickly and worked a partial weekend to finish the project with minimal impact to the other company.

I was very satisfied with the products Ulta chose for the heated floor as the thermostat is modern, touch screen and has app functionality. They also used a loud mouth detector to ensure the installation of the heated wiring was never damaged during the entire process providing a nice professional peace of mind.

Ulta also uses a website called Builder Trend where you can make an account to see the latest updates to your projects. This was unexpected but a really nice touch. In this portal you can see open invoices, the schedule Ulta has made with you and the workers upload photos of the project as they work on it. It just goes to show the effort Ulta Home Improvements is putting into all aspects of their company to operate at a high level in this modern world.

I thought Ulta Home Improvements did a very good job. Their estimate was higher than a different bid I got. But I chose them anyway because I had a lot of confidence based on the estimator. The estimator did a very nice job. He was very detailed. He wrote it out in a way that made the commitments very clear regarding what they would or would not do. I hired them partly because they do carpentry and painting. The house needed that. I felt comfortable with how he drafted the contract. He was very clear with the commitments. The other company just a gave a ballpark estimate, and I was worried that the cost would go up. They did a nice job managing the project, communicating with me and the work was done with good quality.
