We have dealt with Turco Persian for almost 2 years, starting with cleaning all our carpets (about 17 or so), and repairing many, when we moved. Since then we have purchased three more. Dealing mostly with Isaac, but ably supported by other staff, we have experienced exceptional service throughout. Their pick-up and delivery crew also deserve special mention.

The service and cleaning are exceptional but what’s more, the staff are outstanding. If there is a repair or maintenance required, you deal with the expert personally. The delivery men are the best - on time, respectful of my home, and efficient. Tge office staff who arrange pickup and delivery are always there to help or make adjustments. You deal with real people who give you their best in every aspect of their work. There is no “your call is important to us. Please leave a detailed message and we’ll get back to you when we feel like it.” Turkish-Persian gives REAL customer service and whatever you give them they return to you better than new. No other business compares in quality, service or value!

Although a bit late the cleaning and work done to remove fringe was excellent. We are very pleased.

Telephone exchanges and delivery personnel were exceptional.

Two points: 1. I was told the cleaning would take 2-3 weeks. By week 4 I had not heard so I called and the carpets apparently were ready!
2. I was told on pick up that my area was always after 3:00 pm. So when delivery was organized I assumed after 3:00 pm. So I had errands and was not planning to be home before 3:00 pm. They came to deliver at 1:00 saying someone left a message to that effect. I swear I got no message! Also you have so many people interacting with clients that their phones don’t appear as turco carpets which means I and many others I am sure, won’t Answer numbers I don’t recognize. Anyway after calling the office and speaking to the driver I quickly came home and they were able to deliver.

Everything from start to finish was superb. My family has used Turco Persian for many years and will continue to do so.
