When they first called, I was impressed with how professional, nice, and courteous they were.
Sales associate was polite and ver knowledge. He was not pushy just provided us with all the information for yet to make a decision about the product. Installation was quick and painless! Installer was clean and professional.

If it was possible, I'd hire him away from TriState in a heartbeat and make him manager at my OWN local business! He's THAT good! Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. When there was a scheduling mixup the company immediately accepted responsibility and went above and beyond to atone for their mistake. Buying my whole home generator from Tri State was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I had several calls to replace my filters… I agreed to pay the $200 on the condition that the technician would turn the filter system 90° so I could read it. When the technician arrived he said that the person that called me had no knowledge of how this works and they would have to charge me a larger feed to turn the unit 90°. And the whole time the technician was here he was acting like he was in a hurry and I was taking a piss time.

The Technician was efficient and polite. I am always happy to see the same Technician. He is thorough and answers my questions. He cleans up and ensures I am happy with his service. Hope his Supervisor realizes he is an excellent worker.

I would not recommend Tri State. For such an expensive system, their techs are not knowledgeable. We experienced damage to all water features and dishwater in our home. This was a direct result of salt being pulled into our water system. Tri State still has not issued a corrective action for this issue. Buyers beware
I love my whole house water filter!
We liked the product but decided we didnt want it at this time. The service manager was not happy with our decision and had a terrible attitude. So we will not use Tri State, even though we do want a water filtration system sometime in the future.
The installation was quick and professional. Broken flag stones in the walk (due to the weight of the generator being routed through our garden) were replaced in a timely fashion. Since then, I’ve called about one issue and it was resolved over the phone with simple instructions. I am very satisfied with Tri-State and have recommended them to others.
Excellent service for our Rain Soft system
I bought my installed power system from Don Beasley and have very little need to use it. On October 9, 2017 we had a power outage with dinner guest in the home. I said, don't worry, I have a $15,000 installed generator. The power came on for 5 seconds, then nothing. I called the emergency line and a young lady said I will get help right away. After 45 minutes I heard nothing. I called again and a Man said the call was never entered in the computer!An hour later a technician called to tell me that I did not have emergency coverage! I have paid on the system since Mr. Beasley sold it to me with a home visit. No one told me that I did not have service. I wish I had never bought this expensive system!!! I was told that some one would call me on Tuesday to explain the service. Again, no one contacted me---but I did get a bill, but no service to the inoperative system. We've been using the company for almost 4 years and the crew is always on time and professional.
Ashley was very nice, but also very pushy. We knew we wanted cleaner water, and wanted the system, but she would not allow us to think about our decision before making this large of a purchase. I am disappointed in the fact that we were told our payments would start in 6 months, and there was no follow through. She was a little aggressive and caused a fight between my husband and I because we felt so rushed to make a decision. If I were to go back and do it all over again, I probably would have stuck by my husbands side, and waited until we did our research to make this purchase. We have not heard from Ashley again... after she closed the sale, she was done with us. No follow up, no call about the payments, nothing. I think she needs to take it down a notch and not push clients to make rushed decisions when they are in a vulnerable state.. especially new home owners with a baby.
The presentation of the product was fun and entertaining, to see the differences with my own eyes,great was awesome. When we started asking more in-depth questions of the product, he did not know, the more technical questions. He still had a lot of knowledge of the product. Our installer had to run to Lowes twice to get things, we do have a self leveling concert floor in our storage room, and he did not have a hammer drill to get though it, so it was a hard floor to run the water line.When our installer turned the water back on, a leak sprung up from under my kitchen sink. We had a shark bite fitting that malfunctioned. Our installer repair it for us. And cleaned up his work area up of all the water, both under the sink, and in our storage room, and in our crawl space. He did great with the install, but he did not check our water pressure.That night we had AWESOME water pressure, we thought our new system had a water pump in it, we checked our water manifold and it was leaking slowly,So we called Tri-Water, they sent out a second installer to check our system, he tightened a few things and said every thing was fine.Our manifold was still leaking slowly. So we went to Lowes and bought a water pressure gauge, when we tested our water pressure was over 160 PSI. When we were told that it should read from 40-60 PSI. We went into our crawl space to tightened our water pressure regulator and it was as 'Tight' as it would go already, so we went back to Lowes and bought a new water pressure regulator, and installed it our self. Our water pressure now reads in normal range.Love the product, my skin feels so soft and not dried out, my cloths are soft, and my dishes are so clear and they sparkle, the water tasted great, wont leave home without a BIG bottle of water. The only thing i would say is that you make sure they check the water pressure before they leave.

Tri State Water, Power, and Air truly answered all of our questions, and offered us a deal we couldn't pass up. Our new water softner is incredible! We love the change in our water. It is smooth and refreshing. And even as much as taking a shower, is AMAZING!! The water feels great and clean.

We are so excited about our new water filtration system, we were planning on a water softener and was educated about our water and why filtration is so much better. It was disgusting to see what was in our water and what we was drinking and cooking with. It has been awesome having the new water system. I don't have to buy distilled water or drinking water anymore for coffee maker or cpap machine along with some other appliances I bought water for so that they would last longer. It is saving me money left and right.

We went from totally undrinkable and smelly well water with clogged faucets from all the gunk to wonderful clear drinkable water that cleans better with less soap and products! The people who installed our system were unbelievably friendly and did an amazing and fast job taking time to explain everything we needed to know (and more! even helping me see what I needed to do to make my shower head work again!). I was impressed and am still impressed everyday as I enjoy my superb water!!
