The system is great, but over priced. Honestly, I felt forced to purchase the full system even after expressing my financial concern and now I am just stuck. On top of that, you have to pay to get it uninstalled and set back up if you move... THAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED. I wish there was a way to return the system. There are so many that are great and half or less of the price. Highway robbery.

Though we ran into several issues with our water softner and the techs who came to install the equipment, Tri-State always resolved the issues in a quick fashion.
Every time they come to do yearly maintenance and fix a problem, the service techs are polite, friendly and know what they are doing. There was one past incident where I requested a certain one NOT come to my home again, but he had already left or been dismissed, so it all worked out. The problem this tech did not handle was promptly corrected at no charge. Before, and since that certain visit, all has been super.
I have had many problems with them. Their hours are too short, there appointment times start late, After waiting a week? two weeks?to get an appt the tech they sent out didn’t know what to do to fix it and did nothing. He promised me that someone, and he gave two names, would call me on Monday. This was on a Friday. I would still not have RO for another two days.!They did not call. I waited a day or two and called. I asked for those two people that were supposed to call me. They weren’t there. I had to wait. One called. He said that he didn’t know anything about it. Still a wait. I finally melted the ice I had in the freezer to get soft water to drink.All the while I had to bounce around my work schedule to accommodate them. I am just amazed that any business has such little regard for the people who put food on their table. Tri- state does not value my business I called Culligan but i would have to change all my equipment and at some point I will. Just want to add that I NEVER do surveys. It takes too much of my valuable time. I am making a huge exception here.
I’m just not interested in this type of service. I got for my granddaughter but she moved and now I’m stuck with filter bills.

soft water is expensive to maintain, so not many of my friends are interested, but the company overall does good work.
When they first called, I was impressed with how professional, nice, and courteous they were.
Sales associate was polite and ver knowledge. He was not pushy just provided us with all the information for yet to make a decision about the product. Installation was quick and painless! Installer was clean and professional.
You will not find more professional people than those at TriState. Special kudos to Jeff. He is an absolute gentleman and professional in every sense of the word. If it was possible, I'd hire him away from TriState in a heartbeat and make him manager at my OWN local business! He's THAT good! Many thanks for TriState for the absolute best water I have ever enjoyed, anywhere in the world! (and thanks to the AF, I've been all over this globe, and you will never find better tasting and deliciously pure water than you will once TriState goes to work. I highly recommend this company, and especially recommend Jeff! Thank you TriState !
Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. When there was a scheduling mixup the company immediately accepted responsibility and went above and beyond to atone for their mistake. We are very pleased with our new water filters. Our results have been exactly what the sales person told us to expect.

So happy we went with the Tri-State Water system. We probably asked too many questions, but were confident in making a decision on the first visit. Our installer, Joshua, did a wonderful job. It was actually cleaner when he left.
