I have recommended Tri-State to friends, but price seems to be the biggest thing
I feel sometimes you get what you pay for
We have paid more, but the service has been good
John Anello was very professional and informative. The instillation of the equipment was extremely poor.
The product does what you say it does,
Prompt, courteous, professional and freindly!
The water softener system is very expensive not only for the initial installation, but every year you have to purchase new filters etc., which was not revealed when the associate came to the house to discuss the water system
Absolutely wonderful service the salesman was so knowledgeable the installation crew came out the next day and was very thorough and did all the cleanup. I couldn't possibly be happier with my new Waters treatment system. I highly recommend them.
This was a routine service call. The technician was courteous, worked efficiently and left the area clean.
Responded to request promptly.
The technician came when they said would and performed work as expected. Respectful of property.
Very satisfied with all aspects of the company.
We are happy with our Rainsoft system overall. The only issue we have had is the sulfur smell coming from the restrooms since we had the system installed. Was told the rod in the water heater was the cause. Seeing how we had a brand new water heater installed by Tri state along with the Rainsoft system at the same time, they could’ve changed this rod out to the zinc one for us initially and saved us the trouble of calling a plumber and incurring more expenses from this already expensive system.
They always send courteous technicians who care about their work.
If anyone has a water problem would recommed
Rep was courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.
Lots of promises of clean pure water. $8k spent, it’s been 6 months and they have yet to deliver what they promised. They are continuing to work to resolve the issue
We had the system installed three months ago, and honestly, we’re not sure that it ever worked. No salt usage, system has never regenerated, and while the service tech re set something in the system, we’re skeptical.
It was good.
Awesome service, very knowlegeable and highly qualified!
Tristate has very good products and their techs are very professional . I am very pleased with my water system , bathroom make over with walk in tub and the uv and tankless water system we have . I am a tristate home .
We definitely needed a solution to our hard water problem and Rainsoft water treatment and Tri-State Water Power and Air were it. Couldn’t ask for a better product and service.
It is just a bit too expensive for many people. Once I had the system paid off, I seemed to like it more.
See #7 for the reason the 4 star rating.
Customer support is terrible. My generator was inoperative and when I called fo a serviceman I was told it would be two weeks before I could get service. I informed them that I had severe cold and depended on oxygen 24/7. It made no difference to them.
Absolutely neutral: I didn't know there were any other options for servicing my water filtration system. So I can't recommend a company one way or another if there isn't another option against which to compare.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Tri-State Water, Power & Air as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
