This company is very deceptive. Read the fine print before spending thousands for a bad product.
Very good service.
Very professional. Great job on your products. Great quality. We feel better about drinking are tap water now. Knowing we are getting good clean water to drink and wash in. Thank you.
So pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Salesperson was likable and low key. Installation was quick and seamless.
The water tester and the plumber were extremely polite
The water testing representative and installation person were professional in their presentation BUT recommending the Go Healthy 360 purchase we made was presented in a less than honest manner. We were told that the 360 products would be provided, until we used up our 16,000 points free of any charge ... no shipping or additional cost. Tester and installer both said the same and that is not the truth. I have little hope of being able to cancel that 360 contract and being reimbursed but I refuse to pay for a product twice! The only recourse I will take to highlighting my "let the buyer beware" concerns will be to Home Depot recommending they not allow Tri-State to sell additional products and services beyond the water softner and its installation. I will report same to the Better Business Bureau. Basically we spent $3,000 beyond what was needed for a service that falls short of the verbal promise.
I am a sale person myself. I was very impressed with the sales manner and presentation of the system and the benefit of having clean water.
While the system is expensive, I can see the savings benefit. While I don't like to recomend anyone without their permission, I will tell others about our experience
Workers professional and friendly; well trained
Tri-state was very good all around.
WE HAVE BEEN CUSTOMERS SINCE 2007. WE HAVE HAD GOOD SERVICE AND LIKE THE SOFTENING EFFECT IT PRODUCES. I JUST DID NOT LIKE THE YEARLY MAINTENANCE COSTS,
The sales staff and installation crew was friendly, very knowledgeable and explained everything
My sales representative, Drew, really helped me out here and my family in understanding what exactly we were getting into. Now having the system for a month, im really glad we went through with this investment.
I WOULD RECOMMEND IF I KNEW SOMEONE THAT NEEDED THEM!
Already recommend it friends and family.
We have been a customer of Tri-state for over a year with our standby generator. We have been very satisfied. When we were informed of the water system with Tri-state we knew it would be a good system. We were extremely pleased with every thing from the presentation to the install. Billy did an excellent job on the install. We will recommend
They installed it over a month ago, messed up my water. Causing crazy issues.
The company seems disorganized, response time is slow, and they missed multiple appointments. The initial call I received misrepresented the service the company provided. I was told that a lab water test was incomplete and a technician would be able to come to my house and perform a new, complete test. The person who eventually showed up was knowledgeable about the water, but did not perform any new testing. Instead, he was a salesman. I was unprepared for a sales pitch, and ended up with an overpriced product and poor service. Overall, the process has been unpleasant, and I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone until they figure out the issues with their service.
Not working well yet
While I love our system, I would prefer to have a more up front sales presentation regarding the continuing cost of this system.
Its very expensive system. I think we should have researched other systems first.
Service was not the best. Problem was first reported in Dec. 2021 but service did not occur till Feb. 4 and was not fixed correctly then. Repairman had to return but not until Feb. 8 and that fix also wasn't correct. Remains to be seen if the resolution on Mar. 11 is the final chapter.
He was polite, friendly, and talked with me about my water softener and how it was performing.
The technician was friendly, helpful and answer all my questions.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the opportunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Tri-State Water, Power & Air as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
