The sales staff was very easy to work with. They were friendly. I had no issues whatsoever.

Additional Comments - We love the home, and everything was good. One window had a manufacturing malfunction, but they are replacing that tomorrow. So far everything else is good.

Our sales rep was not knowledgeable. I discovered very early on that if I didn’t ask about something- I was not going to be made aware. It wasn’t until several months into the design process that I found out, from a friend of mine, that board and batten could be constructed out of stucco. We had to go back to drafting with this so we could meet the masonry requirements of our neighborhood. I still didn’t get the house built as I wanted- I ended up with an entire side out of brick because of the lack of knowledge. A sales rep should bring solutions to the customer, not the other way around.

Overall I am satisfied. Many areas Tilson did a great job, and several areas need improvement.

We liked the ability to make major changes to the floorplan to suite our needs.

There are so many change orders, hidden fees, things required by the lot owner that if we knew what we were doing we would have built a shell and contracted the rest out. We depended on Tilson to get a home built not learn how to build a home. We won't make this mistake again.

Ever since we changed project managers things have turned around 100%. Danny is amazing and makes this process not only endurable, but enjoyable again. Things have gone smoothly and we really impressed with his knowledge and ability to get things done. Thanks, Danny

It’s been seven months but the foundation of my home has yet to be poured. I guess they will say that there’s much that they relied upon me to do prior to commencing, but I tried to do everything that they asked of me. I am worried that the recent rains will wipe out the select fill base that has been put there at great cost.

They were great.

Additional Comments - John was amazing, extremely patient with each and every request. We did a customized Canyon floor plan and he made sure it had everything we wanted. The whole experience has been smooth with a clear process. The builder and crew are amazing too, they're working really fast. I can't wait to move to our new house soon!

The working from the start of the process to creating the home, to building, to completion, to providing the keys to us was seamless and well orchestrated.

Very professional to attend the customer but they need a good manager construction, because our river model house is a 3/2 house less than 1400sf, we corrected many mistakes while they were building it, and we saw that they did not cover the bathtubs when they were working with another material and that caused damage and scratches, when they installed the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, they also had many scratches and dents, they corrected them but they are always visible, we noticed many ants and insects coming out of the door frames and it turns out that they did NOT seal above the door frames, the granite in the kitchen and bathrooms was not treated with sealant and was not polished well, when water falls it stains, my husband had to seal above the door frames, when they delivered the house to us it was dirty too and for not complaining to the construction manager who did not check that. We know that our house is not a mansion but they should be careful..
