Chuck Johnson, our building supervisor, was very organized and always kept us updated throughout the building process. The building process ran very smoothly and quickly under Mr. Johnson’s supervision.

Cheyenne was wonderful to work with! She was friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. She offered helpful suggestions when we asked and showed us examples of builds that included a feature we were thinking about incorporating into our house plans. She was always kind and patient, keeping us informed every step of the way. We’ve just started working with Christian, our builder, and things are off to a great start. I have every reason to believe that my experience with him will be just as positive as it was with her.

Tilson was our second custom home builder and this experience was highly superior to our first custom build. Tilson has done this a long time and wants to do it right so they have worked out all the kinks in the system. They are very organized and transparent so there are no surprises. We love our Tilson home!

Quality Of Materials - We have a family member who is a builder in Colorado. He came down and walked our house just before they put up the drywall. He was very impressed that not only were there no shortcuts but he said Tilson was using the highest quality of materials as well.

Cheyenne was amazing from the start! She went above and beyond to figure stuff out for us if it was something she didn't know.

We had a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end of the process. You always hear horror stories from people when they are custom building a home from the ground up. We did not have any problems.

Additional Comments - The person in the office, Cheyenne, was very helpful in getting us started on the home. Our construction manager, Matt, did an excellent job keeping in communication with us and showing us pictures of the development of the home.

After watching many of the videos with Eric and dealing with the McKinney office,be feel Tilson builds a very beautiful solid house. Even a vendor told me they prefer to work with Tilson. We have already recommended Tilson to several people.

They did an amazing job! They created our forever home. Colton, our construction supervisor, kept everything moving on time. We had one issue during construction. Tilson was on top of it.

There were a few issues with communication that we found out later about. There were some things that we weren't sure about clearly or given completely.

Overall experience was positive although having some challenges during the build process and quality of material for some areas of the home.
