All levels, from sales to design to the stakeout and the superintendent, there wasn't a bad one amongst them. Everybody was really good, top to bottom, and everybody I talked to that I had never met was great, too.

I did not enjoy our experiences with our Sales rep.

The quality of the work was poor. I have pictures of walls that are crooked with paint all over the floors. The job was a sloppy mess. The concrete work was terrible, and if I had known that the quality of the work wasn't going to be acceptable, I wouldn't have used them.

It was a very drawn out process. We thought it as going to be no longer than nine months. We were looking at years before it was completed.

Tilson took almost 2 years to build my home. Interest rates went through the roof. I spent about half a million dollars on a low-quality home.

I don’t think I can recommend Tilson in the future because of the issues at the end of the build and still working to get corrected.
