All levels, from sales to design to the stakeout and the superintendent, there wasn't a bad one amongst them. Everybody was really good, top to bottom, and everybody I talked to that I had never met was great, too.

Our superintendent has been great! If ever we encounter an issue, he is quick to respond and get it resolved.

I did not enjoy our experiences with our Sales rep.

The quality of the work was poor. I have pictures of walls that are crooked with paint all over the floors. The job was a sloppy mess. The concrete work was terrible, and if I had known that the quality of the work wasn't going to be acceptable, I wouldn't have used them.

While everything was explained in general,the push is to get you to sign the contract. We were told all we needed was a 10 % investment,this is very misleading. We met our 10% in our land thinking we were good. Months after signing the contract we were told we had to re qualify to begin construction due to the price of the house now being included. This needs to be emphasized throughout the process leading up to and after the contract. Had we been told the day we signed we could have planned and paid up to this amount over time instead of having to pay a large lump sum and lose money in the process.

It was a very drawn out process. We thought it as going to be no longer than nine months. We were looking at years before it was completed.

Arden did an excellent job contacting me and keeping me updated on information. I also had her check pricing on many different options and she was always helpful.

The sales staff is so helpful in guiding through the process without any pressure. They’re so patient and helped with all options and explanations.
