They were great! Amazing people working at the Georgetown office. Our Home Specialist Sarah was amazing to work with she went above and beyond for us from helping with we chose our land to letting us know everything needed prior to signing with having all our ducks in order. She was friendly and ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS or would get back to us that same day. She would also keep us updated on every single change or documents needed for review. She was just what we needed someone patient yet very professional and knowledgeable for our needs.

I highly recommend working with Tilson Georgetown. Our experience with them has been amazing every step of the way. From start to almost finish, their team has been welcoming, informative, and truly great to work with. We’re incredibly grateful to have them as our home builder and we can’t wait to move in to our dream home.

Well the in tier process has been very easy from picking the home and though out the in tier build at this point,I have had a few questions and from Chelsea to Brian and every one has been ,all my questions have been answered quickly and informative!!!!

Everyone in very professional and knowledgeable and helpful,make us fill as if we were family!!!!

Additional Comments - This is an awesome team.

Sarah Wetzbarger did a great job of managing the process and the three owners! She is very knowledgeable about the product and has a firm understanding of all the upgrades. We got off to a rocky start, as we had a change in Sales Consultants, but Sarah picked up the ball and never looked back.

There were some things that could have been done better. The living room is massive and to plug anything in requires going to the wall outlet. A common feature with such a space would be in floor outlets. It ruins the look of the living room to have extension cords stretched out over the floor not to mention the trip hazard they present.

If you pay cash, your service is crappy.

The sales team was not completely clear as to what was a standard feature versus an upgrade. This lead to some confusion and frustration when nearing the completion of our build.
