I highly recommend Tilson Homes. They have been wonderful throughout the process of building my home.

I will recommend Tilson to anyone that inquires, I will advise them to speak with Ty. I enjoyed working with him.

This is the second home we’ve built with Tilson. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable.

My big issue is upgrade costs, where your profit margin really soars. We wanted rocker light switches and were quoted something like $1900 for the upgrade. Now I will replace the old style myself for around $350 + time spent. Other upgrade costs I can deal with; that's just the nature of the beast. But this one is almost a deal breaker on ever recommending Tilson to others, although I already did so to my brother who is going with Tilson. What modern home has the old flip switches? None!!! Rocker switches should be standard. Everything else has been terrific, especially your wonderful personnel. This single issue, however, could tilt me to never recommend again. Maybe Tilson should reconsider on this issue.

Well the in tier process has been very easy from picking the home and though out the in tier build at this point,I have had a few questions and from Chelsea to Brian and every one has been ,all my questions have been answered quickly and informative!!!!

Everyone in very professional and knowledgeable and helpful,make us fill as if we were family!!!!

They were professional and friendly. They kept us informed throughout the process and were quick to respond to questions over email or to call us to talk through any concerns. We asked for a different fireplace than what they typically offered and they were quick to source what we wanted at good price. We have had a good experience so far!

Additional Comments - This is an awesome team.

The house plans and what workmanship that I have seen.

It took from March until October before the foundation was poured for an accessory building.

Sarah Wetzbarger did a great job of managing the process and the three owners! She is very knowledgeable about the product and has a firm understanding of all the upgrades. We got off to a rocky start, as we had a change in Sales Consultants, but Sarah picked up the ball and never looked back.
