Our journey is not complete yet so this recommendation is for the services provided to this point. The reason it’s not a ten is for the sequence of the design. In our case the site was a bit challenging so finding a floor plan to fit was difficult. I believe that the site visit should have been before signing for the floor plan. With recommendations from that visit the floor plan could fit the property more efficiently.

The overall experience has been amazing. Tilson ensures everything is done correctly and keeps me updated along the way. Our sales associate Tynan has the best communication and keeps us updated along the way.

It depends on the outcome of our current situation the shelving that I thought I purchased is not what is being installed , they now say it was an upgrade. I distinctly stated that I wanted exactly the same setup that was in the model home pantry, now I find out that that was not the way it was written up.

Tilson , employee made me feel so special . Like family, They had the up most respect for me as a person. I had the opportunity to meet some amazing beautiful spirited people. So kind and caring. I believe that they love there job because they showed what professional looks like , with empathy.

Overall we would recommend Tilson but would want people to understand the challenges of building so remotely

People are nice and professional . I feel that some of the people need more big picture thinking when handling questions customers have and forethought for questions they should have if they have not been through this kind of process as this is your business. (Example my back porch is looking at my neighbors instead of the back of my property)

The only thing I am happy about is that Chuck, who was assigned to our home build, was amazing, and the home turned out great. It is the process that I am not happy with. Tilson let our family down badly. We were new to building, and they should have informed us of what was needed for a new build.

Our experience with Tilson has been wonderful. From the first phone call to being assigned to Lauren from the Waco office as our sales advocate and finally being passed form pre-construction to construction. All of our concerns and question have been answered and Tilson truly took their time to hear our concerns and help us create the perfect plan for our forever home. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a very personal experience with experts. We can’t wait for our custom grandbury home to be built!

Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize Cole Nagler, contractor, and Mariah Cloyd, salesperson, for their exceptional service. They were exceptional throughout the whole process.

It would depend on their timeline and what type of home they wanted to build or how customized (I felt Tilson didn’t have many options to choose from for fixtures) they wanted to go.

Building with Tilson has allowed us the flexibility to sell our current home and start the building process of our dream home on 52 acres. The Waxahachie office has been patient, kind, and helpful.

While living out of a shop and camper may not be for everyone, we are thankful that Tilson’s EasyBuy program allows us to live mortgage free while the house is being built. We are thankful and excited to see our dreams come to fruition.
