They were great! Katlyn help us through the whole process.

It took almost 6 months before construction started after we signed in December and had all our selections as well as all the required utilities, road, etc.

If you pay cash, your service is crappy.

Outside of complications with waiting for bids or the POA/ACC to respond, the process has been fairly straight forward and folks like Hayden have been with us all the way to help.

We've had a wonderful experience with Tilson Homes. The process has been straightforward.

They are easy to work with, and everyone is nice.

We were able to observe the process of our house on a daily basis and were very impressed at each step. From the placement of the location stakes to the last piece of quarter round for the floor we felt every detail was attended to.

I would highly recommend Zach Jimerson, Kim Laxton, Ty Jimerson and Brad Baker from Tilson. I love the price guarantee because we are cash customers and helps with our budgeting.

Educate sales reps and hold them accountable if they miscommunicate details to your customers.

Awesome staff and loved the ability to customize the floorplan and design details.

Kelsey was incredible form the moment we met. Very accommodating with our time and willing to listen to us and make changes as we felt necessary and always being mindful of our budget and still leaving room for our wants and needs.
She gave us a very thorough timeline as to what to expect throughout the entire process.
We just wish she was still very much a part of our construction process.

Additional Comments - We are almost reaching our 1 year mark from the moment we stepped foot into the Katy office. It has been a learning experience and with exciting results happening as we enter the last phase of construction. Our design team was amazing and so accommodating to our requests with plenty of guidance to learn from and or real life suggestions/examples to view in real time. Our construction manager is always open to talking thru changes and what to look forward to as we go through the different phases of construction. Gives great and knowledgeable advice.

We have been very happy with the Tilson process. Zach Jimerson has been on top of the build and has been great at communicating each step.

Communication - Eric has always quick to respond to messages or emails left. And he goes beyond by giving us a heads up when he will be out of the office. The process has been so transparent and really helped us to feel comfortable. Also, David did a great job going over all the details with us following the color appointment to make certain all our choices we documented.

Additional Comments - We have just started the construction phase. We have been very happy and comfortable with everything to this point. Eric has been great to work with.

The customer service part, and all the employees that we have worked with such as the design center and Colton, our builder contact for the construction phase of it, have been incredible. All the people are very knowledgeable and good with communication.

Additional Comments - From the first time we walked into the Waco office we were never pressured, we were never treated with anything but respect. Mariah helped us and she answered every question with knowledge, she took time to show us around and explain how Tilson does business. She is a great asset and she has maintained that relationship with us for well over a year maybe 2 years. She has been with us every step of the way and I’m not sure we could have found anyone better to help us build our dream. She is more than our sales consultant to us as we consider her a friend.
