They were professional and friendly. They kept us informed throughout the process and were quick to respond to questions over email or to call us to talk through any concerns. We asked for a different fireplace than what they typically offered and they were quick to source what we wanted at good price. We have had a good experience so far!

Sarah Wetzbarger did a great job of managing the process and the three owners! She is very knowledgeable about the product and has a firm understanding of all the upgrades. We got off to a rocky start, as we had a change in Sales Consultants, but Sarah picked up the ball and never looked back.

This is our first time building a home, so I cannot compare this experience to anything, therfore rating as an eight. Couple hiccups along the way, but we seemed to have gotten them straightened out. Also, we were not local, so a lot was not done in-person due to our location making it a litle more challenging for everyone.
