The Steam Team was very professional and easy to deal with.
They were prompt in drying out water leak damage & restoring/installing cabinets & new floors.
They were very easy to work with and explained everything clearly.
Try’s to make it right, but lacks the ability to hire contractors to get the job done the 1st / 2nd, and sometimes 3rd time time, unless pushed to provide quality contractors to perform a quality job. Communication between TST groups did not happen, I had to communicate and be the Project Manager to make things happen. Storage of furniture was questionable of being environmentally controlled, as furniture was damaged, and we were not allowed to visit storage facility. PackOut and PackIn team were different and did not communicate and damaged items going out and coming back. They did reimburse to replace leather furniture, but left us without furniture waiting 2 weeks for furniture delivery. So to add insult to injury of our loss, TST takes our existing furniture, so here we sit in our empty living room.
I definitely would not recommend. Horrible experience . . extremely disorganized and not supportive of their employees. Do yourself a favor and choose someone else.
I was so impressed with how these guys helped to make this process more manageable. I would truly recommend them, too everyone.
I would never recommend the steam team to anyone.
I would say that just because of the broken items.
Team came in, did a great job and got the job done in the time they said they would.
TriStar was great. I used them for painting and installing carpet in my new house. They were on time, courteous, and overall a great experience. I plan on working with them again in the future.
Fresh Coat of Richardson was wonderful, on time and did a immaculate job, to the inside and outside of my house. David Campbell was very hands on from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend!!!
Responded imediately and was at my house in less than 24 hoursn
The job took far too long to be completed, and the communication was poor, however the subcontractors did do decent work.
