The job took a long time.
The whole crew at The Restoration CleanUp Company were awesome to work with! They were very organized, worked quickly, communicated well the entire job, and did their best to keep our existing fixtures in tact to be reused. I hope to never need them again (flooding) but they were an absolute pleasure to work with, especially during such a stressful time.
They did a thorough job of cleaning up.
Everyone in the company that we dealt with, from the people in the office to the people that worked in our home were courteous, friendly, professional, and they did a great job. We had a very serious mold problem, and we were concerned about our health especially during the pandemic. They came in and did a stellar job.
The company itself was very good. The contractor that did the drywall did not do good work.
They cut my copper pipes and had to hire someone else to fix it.

I am missing stuff. I lost most everything in a fire. When they got involved they kind of took control of everything. They said if I would mark it with blue-tape they would clean it and give it back. One of those things was partially burned but I was hoping they would clean it. In that was my firearm, now it is lost. Also, several vintage tables of my wife's grandmothers are gone. There was a person named Ann who we talked to in the beginning and trusted. I got a call when I didn't get my stuff back and they said she is no longer with the company. I know we had conversations about it. I don't trust them anymore and it is very disheartening.
They were very professional and courteous. They always were on time and listened when I had questions. Most of our furniture was held in a pod on our property and the rest of our items were stored in their facility until we were ready for them to be packed back in. I was very happy about the way things were packed and handled. All in all, this was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

I thought the cleaning of the clothes was excellent. They could have done a better job returning things to the correct room. The cleaning process was impeccable.

Their work was bad. They put the door knobs on backwards and damaged my wood floor. The paint looked watered down and the texturing they blew on the wall was bad. It looked like it wasn't even painted.

I have done asbestos abatement in a previous job, so I knew what they should be doing for me, and they did it all the right way. They were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I can't say enough good things about their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

RCC - The Project manager and Mitigation technicians performed on a high level, were courteous, and followed through on each commitment.
They need to do a better job assure the quality of work and completion of tasks throughout the job.
I think the customer service is the strength of this company. I couple things weren’t quite correct initially, or a discovery was made after the fact and Jose and the crew were on it immediately. The forman (Victor) on our job was exceptional! He worked extra until everything was done correctly.

Jose was awesome--very knowledgeable, very professional. The first guy who did the floors was awesome too--I want to give him kudos. He was superb. He gave me the works all day. He did such a clean, beautiful job by himself. It was amazing. He was awesome.

Restoration CleanUp's subcontractor, LRG, was very unprofessional in their scheduling and shockingly poor in their quality of workmanship. Almost every phase of the overall job had to be redone. I had to hire outside of LRG to correct some things that were still not right after the second attempt by LRG.
The workers were all very polite and professional and timely.

I am absolutely not satisfied with their workmanship, craftmanship or anything else. They have left pipes under my house dangling and burn marks on my property. I am still waiting for them to complete the project, it has been ongoing for over five months.

I think they did a really good job as far as packing and cleaning up every day they were here. I'm not real satisfied with other parts--because they tore up part of the floor but didn't tear up the rest of the floor or backsplash. The floor will have to be removed because the restoration won't match. It should have been torn up, but it wasn't. Otherwise, they did a good job. They pulled out the backsplash up to where the water damage was, but now I need my backsplash torn up. They packed everything great. They did a great job. I'm not complaining about that, but like my decorator said, they got lazy about tearing up the floor and backsplash. I'm not sure if that's something they'd want to do or not.

I had to have my home cleaned due to a burnt pot of beans. The gentleman that came to my home to assess the damage, Giovanni was very courteous and professional. He went above and beyond to make me happy with the results of the cleaning. On the other hand the company that they outsourced the cleaning of my clothing to, was the WORST!!!!!. I unfortunately do not know the name of that company, but they took all of my daughter's clothes to clean. I was told the cleaning would take 6-8 weeks. After having the items for 12 weeks I reached out to them and was informed that the clothing had not yet been cleaned, and was sitting in their warehouse. I was never given an explanation as to what the reason for the delay, other than "we dropped the ball". My daughter is seven years old and as most children that age, she outgrew most of the clothes that they had. My insurance company had paid them for the services, and even though they did not do the work they cashed the check. After battling with my insurance and that company, I was paid out for the items and they were returned to me in about 15 boxes full of burnt bean smelling clothes, that had been sitting in their warehouse for 3 months. The worst experience ever.

not clear on the whole process, timeline. the other contractor after the drying process took 3 months to complete the job, we were left with a big hole in room & bathroom, left it unused for 3 months.
