Our designer, Patti, was excellent. She understood what we were looking for, and made appropriate suggestions. The final product, including the renderings, was more than what we were expecting.


I have trim boards to install that will cap over exposed block foundation. What ways should I attach these? They will be primed and painted when installed.

I would suggest construction adhesive which will attach the trim boards while also providing a capillary break between the block and the trim board so that moisture does not wick into the trim boards. ... read more
