Despite some communication issues early in the process, everything worked out fine. Everyone was extremely accomodating and professional. Pricing was on par with just about everyone else for what we desired to have installed. Install crew was prompt and professional, and made sure I was aware of everything throughout the day, and even sent pictures to ensure I was getting was I wanted.

A few minor glitches but they all got worked out. Overall very happy!!

I have called three times for a follow up 1st time a follow-up was scheduled and resulting in no show no call. 2nd time was call received by receptionist and forwarding to "back office" CAITLYN - left message and no return was made. 3rd left message for CATLIN and no return call has been received. Now self debate should I make a fourth call.

The service and installation went very well. The only complaint that I have is when I asked them about changing where the water exit was they said they could not. I bought some extension but I would prefer the extension was part of the installation.
