Was told it would be a 1 day install. Still wasn’t finished the second day and was told that someone would be back the next day to finish. No one called or showed up or called on the third day so I called and complained. Said that they would call back but never did. It’s been 5 days since this was started. Don’t know what will happen tomorrow. Have to wait and see. Very unhappy costumer!!!!!!!!!!!

Bath and shower company which Tom works for who was my installer did a spectacular job and I would highly recommend him for service. I would not recommend bath authority because on several occasions there were details left out of the contract that will agreed to during my consultation with my sales rep daniel.

I really like the shower seat and the large shower head it is just as relaxing as soaking in a tub. I was having trouble getting out of my tub after a long soak.

I love my new bath and shower surround! George was a very knowledgeable and considerate salesman. Justin did a good job with the install.

I picked a design I like & works for me. The work looks exactly like the design and is flawless. When Nick & Hector were finished, they picked up & cleaned up leaving me with a beautiful new shower.

Great service very thorough and reliable service

Found out that the company profiles so different prices are given depending upon neighborhood and appearance. The job took longer than promised, was underwhelming when compared to price and I am left feeling as though I could have done as good or better and just paid someone to the plumbing which is the only thing I don't know how to do. Hopefully, the lifetime warranty makes it worth it.

I would like to recommend The Bath Authority to a family member, however when I download the app on my iPhone I only have a Sign In option. There's no option to Create An Account. Can you assist with this so I can do a referral?

I like the sales person and the sample selection. The installation crew were respectful and efficient.

This was definitely much more expensive that we expected. I prefer a more transparent pricing model where everything is broken down into cost of each material, labor expense, etc. because I feel like we probably overpaid this service. They did a beautiful job and I have absolutely no complaints about the people we worked with or the job they did. I only wish we could've seen a more detailed pricing breakdown.

Did not include the green wall behind the acrylic. just glued the shower wall into particle board.

I thought there would be a team of people to do the install, but there was only one person who did the whole install himself. I also realized I paid more for this install than if I had someone else actually tiled and grouted the shower. It's beautiful though.

Installation got cancelled day of at 9am. Was told it would take 2 days instead of one. That would have been fine if I was made aware of that beforehand. Sales team ordered wrong tub which is delaying another week minimum. I haven’t even been reached out to by anyone to reschedule the last bathroom. Installation team was great however.

I would let them know our feelings. What they do is in their own.

The installers were awesome, very respectful and courteous. We love our new shower.

The shower was well installed; however the sliding glass door needs recalibrated. It still doesn't close all the way. There is a 2 in. gap

D.J. And Alex were prompt, knocking on my door at 8am, right on time. They communicated clearly with me explaining the process and about how long they would be working. I was really surprised at how quickly my old tub and walls were taken down and the new installed! They covered my flooring to protect it while working and kept everything very tidy. I was surprised the install was complete by 2pm! I was then walked through how to work my new fixtures and we spoke about cleaning and the upkeep of my new tub. I was also given a handout for me to keep which further explained proper products to use to clean my tub. They did a great job and I love my new tub, my bathroom feels luxurious and bigger!

My brand new shower leaks and it's my expectation that when the tech returns next week (Feb 3rd) this will be corrected promptly.

My specific problems with the organization are very long winded and someone is welcome to call so that I can explain the story. To summarize:

Didn't even originally quote what I actually needed done
There to upsell you on a "wet space"
You market full bathroom renovations but that is not what you do
Salesman did not even do the job correctly as he incorrectly measured my bathroom and sold me a product that wouldn't work in my space
Very expensive
You're well reviewed (your biggest salespitch) because you "discount" people to give you good reviews and even at a discount the products still are extremely over marginalized for the work
It was a two day install- and on the second day the contractors didn't start until 11:00 am and were at my home until almost 9:00pm. The contractors were very nice and professional, however, as a single mom of three kids, this made me uncomfortable having strangers in my home that late.
The door didn't even work on my shower- you would think the company would be eager to remedy this issue or at the very least call to give an apology or explanation and explain how they are going to fix the issue- but not a single phone call has been received and it's been three days.

The Bath Authority rep didn’t respect our contract. They still don’t complete the project, never answer the phone calls and messages. I don’t recommend this company even to my worse enemies.
Now, I have to pay almost $14,000 for a small shower that barely fits 2 persons. This is ridiculous how they cheat on people.

This was by far the best tub/shower upgrade I have done.

Just make sure people are ready to buy if they inquire.

We was under the impression the shower would be installed and you wouldn't mess up the ceilings and walls. Also we asked.to keep out shower head which we loved but it also was broken

Be careful getting work done by the Bath Authority. They have a policy of completing the job on the day you have the work done. Not all bathroom installs are the same nor take the same amount of time. The job took longer than expected and I said to the installer please come back another day to complete the work if need be as it was late in the day and he seemed to be intent on competing it that day.
Well, the job wasn’t done correctly. The bathtub wasn’t sealed properly on the bottom of the tub and the spout doesn’t work properly and it’s loose. When you switch the water from the shower head to the spout, the water does not shut off and comes out of both the shower head and spout wasting a tremendous amount of water when I shower. All of this could have been avoided if the install wasn’t rushed to compete it on the same day. Daniel, the installer was excellent, this is not on him. The Bath Authority rushed my install and it was completed with faulty plumbing products and the bathtub was not properly sealed.

I’m not going to leave negative comments not as BA is addressing issues still outstanding. bA is working with me at the moment to get all issues fixed.

After researching several bathroom remodeling options, we selected Bath Authority as a mid-priced company with quality products that met our needs for a small bathroom. The price was still a little high, but our Bath Authority rep was able to work with us on the price.
