The initial install happened over 3 days, not to back on September 25-27. It is now December 2nd and the project is still not complete. There was a damaged part and a leak behind the wall and despite multiple calls to both the contracted individual who did the install and the bath Authority here in Pittsburgh, nothing has yet been resolved. I have not been able to use my shower at all.
Great experience!
Every aspect of the job was great
On time. Friendly, professional staff. Great work performance.
My husband needed to have the tub converted to a walk-in shower and a higher toilet put in due to his mobility problems.
Once the down payment was paid, we had a hard time getting a starting date. Once we got a date, it was changed twice. First it was moved up (which was great} but the day before it was to start they delayed it because the previous job needed more time to finish.
Several items were missing and delayed the completion of our installation :
No toilet had to stop working to get to Menard's to get one
Wrong shower head Chrome instead of oil- rubbed Bronze need to install correct showerhead
No Moen Soot Resist Magnetix Remote Dock for handshower on long wall of shower
I called the company regarding the above and I'm waiting for the correct showerhead and the remote dock for the shower head to be installed to finish the job.
The installers did a good job installing with what they had.
Sales rep was excellent. They did everything to satisfy what I was looking for. Everything done in a timely fashion as promissed and installation was excellent
Installers
Not done as explained during sales pitch.
Bath was toʻ be complete in 12 weeks or less, took almost 24 weeks, during which time I could not get an answers, if I actually got to talk to someone.
Both crews displayed willingness to interact with us as the customer.
I already have. I posted the work on my socials
Slow to respond. The project took much longer than contract stated. Once the main shower was installed we waited over 90 days for the glass enclosure and shower door to be delivered and put in. Called weekly after 2 months and was never given an eta. Finally contacted the glass door company direct to get an update and install date. Very disappointed with this company and how they dropped the ball on our project.
The work was started on Thursday Sep 4th. Worker was supposed to come back the next day but didn’t return or bother to call until Tuesday Sept 9th.The job did not get finished that day, either. A new vanity had to be ordered, also shelves for the shower. I was told I would get a call when said shelves and vanity came in. I called several times in October and finally towards the end of October I was told parts were in and that someone would come to install them on November 4th. The worker brought the vanity and installed it. I asked about the shelves for the shower but he wasn’t given them and had to go get them and come back to install them. He also wasn’t told that the baseboards needed installed. He finally finished the job. This very small bathroom took 2 months to finish. Not 2 days, but 2 months. And, July the way, the shower floor got scuffed when the shelves were being installed.
A one-two day job turned into a full week. There was a plumbing problem that occurred, so an additional day was required. But then the contractor needed 2 more additional days, one lasting until 8 pm in the evening. After completion, the shower water came out as a trickle. Therefore, he had to return another day!
The only thing that would keep me from recommending is that I do not like for peers to know my finances and expenditures and would not want them to know what I spent on my shower.
The bath authority made my bathroom renovation so easy. I contacted them online and someone reached out almost immediately. Our appointment with Matt was informative and easy to understand our options. They gave us a window of time when the work would be complete. They were prompt and efficient. Would highly recommend. We ised their 12 month intrest free financing. Easy peasey. Thank you!
Additional Comments - Matt was great! Thank you for helping us make our bath for our little one super easy!

Sales rep did not relay to what I wanted done and what he said the could do for us. Still the project is not completed because of mix up on ordering the items. Still missing the the sliding shower door.
Price
The Bath Authority messed up my appointment. Stay home all day waiting and when I gpt an answer it was oh you weren't scheduled in the system. So sorry. If that was the other way they would have charged me. But for them so sorry.
The job is not finished a month after demo began.
This whole business is just a sham. They promise you a Picasso and give you a paint-by-numbers replica. I had to call the office center multiple times because we were told it would only be about 8-10 weeks until installation. 5 months later and we're still trying to get this thing finished. The installation crew had to come back multiple times to finish different parts of the project, then forgot to install the toe kick on our vanity and never returned to install it as promised. They also didn't properly seal the tub, tub faucet, and the sink is installed in a way that you can't use the pull rod to engage the drain stop. I'd recommend going with a trusted, local contractor so you at know who you're working with and get better quality work.
The work and the quality of the materials are excellent, but the price is quite high.
We are satisfied with them
The two gentlemen were true professional s. Did fantastic job
Our installer, Tyler, has been great!!
You were not a good fit for me
Everything was as expected.
Sales Team needs to be honest in regard to the process of the job. For example, time table for completion of job and who are the subcontractors involved.
The bathroom installers, Dave & Kenny, were very prompt and timely with the start and completion of the bathroom remodel.
The installers were great. The quality and appearance of the new shower are great. However our shower doors are still missing. The day of the install, the installers informed us that they did not have them. They called and were told that the doors were in the warehouse and they would make arrangements with us to have them installed. It has been almost two weeks and we still do not have the shower doors and no one has called to set up the installation. I have made several phone calls and texts to the salesperson and the warehouse. I have only received one response back from the salesman who told me they definitely have the doors and they would be in touch to schedule the install. That was a week ago tomorrow. I have heard nothing from them since.
Well, I never got my vanity because it was something was wrong with it during the shipping so when they came, they just in my bathroom on my floor and I left a few messages about my vanity because it’s been a couple of weeks now and no one calls me back and I still don’t got my god**** vanity
Extremely expensive. Very pushy to decide that very day instead of getting additional bids. Job is still not finished, and some areas mildly damaged that we had to fix ourself. No return phone call yet from salesperson about these complaints.
The workman promised 8am arrival on thurs 9/18 & 8:18-8:45 fri 9/19. Arrived at 11 on thurs and 10-10:15 on fri. I was told eight away that the faucet did not match the bathroom color scheme but matched the signed contract. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS A BLACK FAUCET AVAILABLE AT FACTORY BUT SINCE IT DIDN'T MARCH CONTRACT, THEY WERE UNABLE TO BRING IT TO SHOW ME.
l emailed Richard Paterson asking why a brushed nickel faucet was sent with a bathroom that had a white ,beigeblack and gray color scheme....he told me he "I" picked it. I told him at first meeting I am color blind...unusual for a female, but I would rely on his help and black scheme would make this easier. When the workman showed me the faucet I could tell it was not a match for the gray/black sink. The workman stated it's in the contract I could request a color change but they could not guarantee if/when that would happen or when/ if I would have a functional bathroom, since it was in the contract. It is an eye sore and for $18,000, a disappointment. I feel like I overpaid for this because I have a handicapp the salesman was aware of. Also the basin I chose was black, beige, grey, white, I have a pic and Pat told me I could not have it because of the mirror. I told him I would remove the mirror so it would fit. Not happy with whit, gray, black basin...I'm glad I didn't paint the wall beige....
James was so friendly. He explained everything he was doing. And both men we're very efficient. They were neat . I would definitely use them again.
Skilled employees, polite
Promised things that were not delivered. Overall half-assed work that required constant follow up to get right (if they were ever made right).
Great knowledge and customer service
I would like a call to speak to Drew or his supervisor to discuss a missed detail in my installment agreement.
I cannot get ahold of anyone who will schedule a day in which they will come back and finish. Not Happg. It is supposed to be a one day job which I truly didn’t expect. But I am on DAY 6
The shower materials are not as they were described during the consultation. The quality of the panels is far below what was described and shown to us. We feel we greatly overpaid TBA for the service and materials we received. The trim pieces are huge and not pencil trim, they look generic. The tub is higher to step into and feels narrow compared to our old one, this was not discussed with us when we signed the contract. Why would we want a higher step into the tub? There is some question about the materials used on the tub drain, its flexible not rigid. After using the shower, it became noticeable that the top portion of one panel piece looks damaged from install. The installer did a lot of work alone in a short amount of time and should be commended for his efforts. The biggest disappointment is how generic it looks, the size of the herringbone is huge compared to the sample.
I am still waiting on someone to get back to me regarding an 18" towel bar that was part of the promotion
The flooring is not the color originally shown and is extremely dark and does not match the cabinets. The toilet is ridiculously small but we were told that it was to be at least the same size as the older one. It is not. The vanity’s not the color we ordered. We waited 4 months for this mess.
The timelines of the installation.
Didn’t measure sinks and did not include electrical work. Communication is horrible, just email and text without human communication
On 09/12/25 it will be 2 weeks and it is still not finished!
At time of installation the 4 shelves and seat was not there to install. The installer said those items was put on back of contract and no one seen them! The shower curtain bar that was suppose to be stationary was not stationary and in the process of putting a shower curtain on it came loose and I fell straight into the wall! I texted someone about it and they called a few hour later and said they had a stationary bar and they would put it up when they come back on 09/05/25 to install the seat and shelves that was not installed on 09/29/25.
The installer came and put the 4 shelves on and seat but again no stationary shower bar and he put the other bar back up and wrote on contract still need the stationary shower curtain bar on 09/12/25.
I have texted again 3 or 4 times asking when the stationary bar would be installed and no one has called to answer my question!
It is now 09/11/25 and still no response!
It will be 2 weeks on 09/12/25, so much for the one or two day installation!
My sister in law wanted to know how I liked it as she wants to get hers done....I told her I will get back with you when it is finished!
See comments below
I would confidently recommend you
This whole process was a nightmare
NOT UNTIL EVERYTHING IS COMPLETLY FINISHED AND COMPLETED RIGHT
