It's been 2 1/2 weeks since our shower has been installed without doors. No one has contacted us on the status of the doors, or what they plan on a reimbursement for the inconvenience.
Excellent service and communication.
Our salesman told us things that were not true. He told us 5-6 weeks before the job was scheduled, it was almost 12. He told us that whatever was broke or damaged when they removed the old bath would be replaced and they expected that, that wasn't true. We still can't use the sink! They didn't send the right color shower curtain rod, so it's different than everything else! They didn't send the right piece for the flooring by the door. The installer was great and is trying to make it right but not much he can do.
A bit costly
The time between meeting with the salesman and installation could have had more updates. It was often hard to get a hold of the office because no one answered the phone.
I would recommend Bath Authority because I am satisfied with the quality of work that was done on my bathroom project,
Should any neighbors or friends ask about what company we used, I would certainly give them information about The Bath Authority.
The installation was not completed. The installers were late both first two days. The last day,the installer left a project for my husband to do that he should have done on both sides of the tub.
First of all my walk-in shower that was to be a one or two day job is now in the 3 month and still not finished. It was started April 14 and now June 2 they came back and will have to come back again for trim work, still not finished. They had poor communication the whole time and started by the salesman not telling them I wanted to keep my showerhead, it was thrown away. I was so upset they said they would replace it even with a better one. That never happened, no showerhead! I ordered a recessed storage space that could not be done, so corner shelves were offered to replace and I wanted three. They only gave me two and said they only come in sets of two. They failed to see a light switch that was in the way of the sliding doors (that's what cause the first delay). They then charged me $150 to move the switch on top of $18,500.00 initial charge. I had to call them to find out anything, they never called me about anything until I complained to the main office. Tyron then called about 3 or 4 time one day and one day only. He has never called me again about anything even to tell me when they were coming back out to finish. I had to call to find out the June 2 1st come back and I'll bet I never get a call to let me know when the trim will be finished. Tyron will not answer my calls, it goes right to the main office recorder. This company has not offered to compensate me for anything, not the showerhead that was thrown away. I even asked if the they would install a shower seat that I bought and he charged me $175 and he usually charges $300! He didn't tell me he was charging me until after it was installed. NO I would never recommend this company to anyone!
I have pending issues with the shelving I ordered and shower barn doors are not even & water is getting on my floor. I have called 3 times and spoke with 3 different people and I have not received any resolution.
I liked the quality. I wish I could have scheduled the installation out 2 weeks.
From the minute the work crew, Nick and Rick, arrived they worked hard and were efficient and friendly. Their workmanship was excellent. The materials used were high quality. Outstanding
The work they did turned out great, they did clean up after the job was done.
If we had someone to recommend you to, we certainly would.
Although we agreed with the price up front, a new shower, toilet, sink, and floor at 20k is quite a bit more than originally anticipated. Going forward, we will always receive multiple quotes.
They didn't keep in touch with me like they promised.
While our salesman was very kind, the sales meeting felt very high pressure. We really just wanted a quote like we had received from another local bath company, but ended up just agreeing to the project as I was eager to just have it done. The biggest headaches have been with the installation crew that had several mishaps and very sloppy work. The sloppiness has not been resolved.
Quality of materials and installation The aesthetics. The functionality of the shower head, The water flow and pressure. The quality crystal clear glass.
Missing hardware for vanity and medicine cabinets. Missing trim to complete shower. Both medicine cabinets came in damaged. One of faucets was not what I ordered.Installers were very unprofessional. Flooded basement twice. Damaged bathroom ceiling. Was here 3 full days and nothing is complete. 2nd bathroom not even started. Noticed on Sunday my hot water line is leaking.
They were in time, installed everything nicely, cleaned up afterwards. Nick and Hector were very friendly. Shower looks and functions great.
Lower price
Was told it would be a 1 day install. Still wasn’t finished the second day and was told that someone would be back the next day to finish. No one called or showed up or called on the third day so I called and complained. Said that they would call back but never did. It’s been 5 days since this was started. Don’t know what will happen tomorrow. Have to wait and see. Very unhappy costumer!!!!!!!!!!!
I've had such a positive experience with all I have been in contact with.
Love it Kenny and Romeo are the bes
Bath and shower company which Tom works for who was my installer did a spectacular job and I would highly recommend him for service. I would not recommend bath authority because on several occasions there were details left out of the contract that will agreed to during my consultation with my sales rep daniel.
