The proposal was clear and was designed to meet our expectations. The installation was a one-day event, with minimal disruption, and the installers cleaned up completely before they left.

The process was very smooth, and I’m quite pleased with the result.

The experience was wonderful. They were professional, had the job done in one afternoon. They cleaned up everything, when they were finished with the install. Both of them were very nice and pleasant, very respectful.

I did find another shower installer for $3k less but would require immediate payment.

It took a little longer than we thought it would to get on the schedule but once the parts came in it was quick and our install team, DJ & Alex were great

It has been a month and the work is not finished. There has been no outreach from the company. I have attempted to make contact twice. Once was successful. There was no follow up from them.

We are satisfied with our new bath/shower combo. The workers were great and got everything done in one day even though we were told it could be a two day job. The only reason for the 4 stars is due to the high pressure sales during the consult. We were told the only way to get a "discount" was if we signed and paid half the same day. We ended up agreeing and it worked out well, but I strongly dislike this tactic to try to pressure people to not shop around. I would advise others to shop around before getting a quote from The Bath Authority so you can make an informed decision.

The installers were friendly and professional. They did a great job and I am very pleased.

Very happy with the whole process. Our design consultant Carl was great. Installer Gene was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner.

The assessment was explained fully as were the options. Our materials came in ahead of time. The installers did a wonderful job. They completed the job in a day and a half. It probably would have only been one day, except they had to reroute some plumbing.
As this is a handicap shower, the side of the base pan is flat. We have an issue with water running off the seat on to this edge and the floor. Upon notifying BA. They recommend a solution and ordered it. If it wasn’t for this glitch, that has yet to be rectified, I would have given them 5 stars.

Just horrible. The whole experience. And I hate the results. I’ve had three people ask me for your info and said I wouldn’t recommend you guys to my worst enemy. So you lost out on multiple peoples business. One who’s already scheduled an install through a different company that would have gone through you if I recommend because well it’s my mom

I am completely satisfied with the work, the workmanship, and the courtesy care of my home. DJ and Caden were courteous. I was very satisfied with the people.

The sales person was great but things after that wasn’t so great. I like having everything in front of me in black and white to know my actual total cost and what pmts are to be. The worker Gene was great. Here when he said he would be and did very great work.

The results of their work were beyond my expectations. I have recommended Bath Authority to a few of my friends and family. The workmanship is second to none.

The installer that came did a wonderful job. He was very nice. I highly recommend him.

From the initial stop into a satellite store near my home to the agent I dealt with at my home to the worker who installed the tub to shower conversion, the process was thorough and well explained.

They are great workers. They were very polite, time managed very well, and they did a great job.

Very satisfied with finish project. Concern communication between sales person and company. “They will work with you if you are not comfortable paying 90 percent cost of project before they start” your company did agree to 75 percent payment. Thank you! It did take several phone calls to accomplish this.

They installed the shower rather skillfully, but after their estimate, they got in touch with me to let me know that they would need to bill an extra $900 to remove a certain pipe. This should have been covered from the start, since we went over everything before they began the job.

They performed an excellent job. The workers performed an excellent job, cleaned up their mess, and the area looked great after they were completed.

I strongly encourage everyone to consider The Bath Authority. They were superb in everything they did regarding the bathroom.

The product was great, but it was not adjusted right

I did not like the sales pitch. The end product is nice. The installers were friendly and seemed like they knew what they were doing. They did need to come back to rehang the shower doors. Water was splashing under the door and onto the floor. Now one of the doors doesn't stay closed all the way.

I am so grateful for The Bath Authority. A brand new shower with a 2 day install. I absolutely love my new shower. The financing options were great and I am glad they have that option. That’s what made this install possible. Thank you The Bath Authority. Thank you Pete Tropkoff (my professional installer).
