Great experience!
On time. Friendly, professional staff. Great work performance.
Bath was toʻ be complete in 12 weeks or less, took almost 24 weeks, during which time I could not get an answers, if I actually got to talk to someone.
Both crews displayed willingness to interact with us as the customer.
Slow to respond. The project took much longer than contract stated. Once the main shower was installed we waited over 90 days for the glass enclosure and shower door to be delivered and put in. Called weekly after 2 months and was never given an eta. Finally contacted the glass door company direct to get an update and install date. Very disappointed with this company and how they dropped the ball on our project.
The work was started on Thursday Sep 4th. Worker was supposed to come back the next day but didn’t return or bother to call until Tuesday Sept 9th.The job did not get finished that day, either. A new vanity had to be ordered, also shelves for the shower. I was told I would get a call when said shelves and vanity came in. I called several times in October and finally towards the end of October I was told parts were in and that someone would come to install them on November 4th. The worker brought the vanity and installed it. I asked about the shelves for the shower but he wasn’t given them and had to go get them and come back to install them. He also wasn’t told that the baseboards needed installed. He finally finished the job. This very small bathroom took 2 months to finish. Not 2 days, but 2 months. And, July the way, the shower floor got scuffed when the shelves were being installed.
The only thing that would keep me from recommending is that I do not like for peers to know my finances and expenditures and would not want them to know what I spent on my shower.
Price
This whole business is just a sham. They promise you a Picasso and give you a paint-by-numbers replica. I had to call the office center multiple times because we were told it would only be about 8-10 weeks until installation. 5 months later and we're still trying to get this thing finished. The installation crew had to come back multiple times to finish different parts of the project, then forgot to install the toe kick on our vanity and never returned to install it as promised. They also didn't properly seal the tub, tub faucet, and the sink is installed in a way that you can't use the pull rod to engage the drain stop. I'd recommend going with a trusted, local contractor so you at know who you're working with and get better quality work.
We are satisfied with them
The two gentlemen were true professional s. Did fantastic job
The bathroom installers, Dave & Kenny, were very prompt and timely with the start and completion of the bathroom remodel.
Well, I never got my vanity because it was something was wrong with it during the shipping so when they came, they just in my bathroom on my floor and I left a few messages about my vanity because it’s been a couple of weeks now and no one calls me back and I still don’t got my god**** vanity
Extremely expensive. Very pushy to decide that very day instead of getting additional bids. Job is still not finished, and some areas mildly damaged that we had to fix ourself. No return phone call yet from salesperson about these complaints.
James was so friendly. He explained everything he was doing. And both men we're very efficient. They were neat . I would definitely use them again.
Skilled employees, polite
I cannot get ahold of anyone who will schedule a day in which they will come back and finish. Not Happg. It is supposed to be a one day job which I truly didn’t expect. But I am on DAY 6
The shower materials are not as they were described during the consultation. The quality of the panels is far below what was described and shown to us. We feel we greatly overpaid TBA for the service and materials we received. The trim pieces are huge and not pencil trim, they look generic. The tub is higher to step into and feels narrow compared to our old one, this was not discussed with us when we signed the contract. Why would we want a higher step into the tub? There is some question about the materials used on the tub drain, its flexible not rigid. After using the shower, it became noticeable that the top portion of one panel piece looks damaged from install. The installer did a lot of work alone in a short amount of time and should be commended for his efforts. The biggest disappointment is how generic it looks, the size of the herringbone is huge compared to the sample.
The timelines of the installation.
On 09/12/25 it will be 2 weeks and it is still not finished!
At time of installation the 4 shelves and seat was not there to install. The installer said those items was put on back of contract and no one seen them! The shower curtain bar that was suppose to be stationary was not stationary and in the process of putting a shower curtain on it came loose and I fell straight into the wall! I texted someone about it and they called a few hour later and said they had a stationary bar and they would put it up when they come back on 09/05/25 to install the seat and shelves that was not installed on 09/29/25.
The installer came and put the 4 shelves on and seat but again no stationary shower bar and he put the other bar back up and wrote on contract still need the stationary shower curtain bar on 09/12/25.
I have texted again 3 or 4 times asking when the stationary bar would be installed and no one has called to answer my question!
It is now 09/11/25 and still no response!
It will be 2 weeks on 09/12/25, so much for the one or two day installation!
My sister in law wanted to know how I liked it as she wants to get hers done....I told her I will get back with you when it is finished!
NOT UNTIL EVERYTHING IS COMPLETLY FINISHED AND COMPLETED RIGHT
Quality products.
The garage and driveway cleanup was not done, so I’d rather not recommend
This is an incomplete job and asking me to rate it while it isn’t resolved is ridiculous
There were issues with the installation and the product that were not resolved despite my continued attempts.
Timeframe that was told to us was way off and the installation is not acceptable. When the workers arrived they did not have the materials needed and had to run around to find them. We were told 5 weeks for the materials to come in and it was 11 weeks and even then the installer didn't have everything. Was suppose to be a 1 day maybe 2 day job and it ended up to be 3 days
Lack of follow up and communication. No urgency to complete job.
I was not fully satisfied with the service.
high quality of work and materials
This was the ONLY! way I can take a shower in my house!!!!
The sales process was personable, the timing and duration of the installation was as planned and the entire experience was very professional and worry free.
This project was a nightmare from day one. We had been in touch with the production manager and he stopped responding
I would recommend
Overall, I really like the product from the bath authority products. I did have problems that were resolved, but it was put upon me to keep making calls, which was not right.
The job was completed about two months ago; however, it was not completed to my satisfaction. I have had multiple conversations with them about the situation, but they do not seem to be in any kind of a hurry to rectify the situation. An inspector did come out to inspect the situation and agreed that the job was not completed correctly. The inspector called a manager on the phone to explain the situation, and they actually did a video call so the manager could see the concerns. The manager on the phone agreed that the service was not completed correctly. Since that day, another three weeks has gone by, and I can't get a hold of anyone. I call the customer service line, and no one answers. I leave a message, and no one calls me back. Very frustrating and very disappointing. This is not the way you treat a customer.
They offer a quality product - very pleased with the shower conversion.
Our “full bath remodel “ was just done today and we are frustrated, sad, and disappointed with the results. This company blatantly lies about what they offer and swindled us into agreeing to a bathroom that is less functional than it was before. Here are the lies:
1. We were told that they would be taking the walls”down to the studs” and replacing the drywall. We are responsible for finishing the drywall and painting, however they insisted that it was a simple DIY project that could be completed with a basic patch kit from the hardware store. All we need to do was tape over the tiny seams and finish them. What they actually did was cut the drywall half way up and leave a ragged gap that will require a professional to finish. This gap is so large in some places that I’m not sure it will look good after it’s fixed. Also, because we now have unfinished drywall, we can’t even use the shower until it’s finished. Some parts of the drywall have large pieces of metal sticking out, which will end up rusting as it did before, this is one of the reasons that we had the bathroom redone.
2. The salesperson said the remodel would be done in May, it was over 2 months behind schedule. This would not have been a big deal, however no one reached out to us to communicate anything. We actually thought at one point that this whole thing was a scam. They hung up on us multiple times when we called in. When we finally got someone on the phone they just said there is nothing that they can do and that we were unable to cancel (this is when we were pretty sure we had been scammed).
3. We were told by the salesperson that the financing did not begin until the remodel was completed. What he failed to mention was that the interest accrued the whole time that our order was back ordered, so $1000 down the drain because they are a failure of a company that can’t figure out the logistics of supplying their materials. They definitely have a sell first mentality, without prioritizing the customer.
4. Other than the drywall, several things were not completed or simply don’t work. The stopper for the sink is unusable, it doesn’t fit in the space and pulling it up is nearly impossible. There is no toe kick on the vanity, so that’s just left unfinished.
The crazy thing about this is, we lowered our expectations when it came to our materials because this place had such good reviews. There were only 3 choices for flooring (gray, darker gray, or a fake looking oak) and only one choice for a vanity. You would think that by limiting the choices as they do, that everything would work. Well, that’s not the case. This company is a joke. I can’t believe I fell for this 30k+ scam. How they can just lie and say that they offer full bath remodeling and deliver this should be criminal. I intend to tell anyone who will listen to avoid this company.
No I wouldn't recommend. Unfortunately I initialed and signed for what I truly believed was the style of the items I wanted installed.
Waited approximately 3 months for job to be started. Then they ordered wrong door causing more delay for both bathrooms. Installers were very nice and easy to work with but, they did mess up my walls in both bathrooms
work crew,very professional.
Professional, efficient, quick
It's been 2 1/2 weeks since our shower has been installed without doors. No one has contacted us on the status of the doors, or what they plan on a reimbursement for the inconvenience.
Our salesman told us things that were not true. He told us 5-6 weeks before the job was scheduled, it was almost 12. He told us that whatever was broke or damaged when they removed the old bath would be replaced and they expected that, that wasn't true. We still can't use the sink! They didn't send the right color shower curtain rod, so it's different than everything else! They didn't send the right piece for the flooring by the door. The installer was great and is trying to make it right but not much he can do.
The time between meeting with the salesman and installation could have had more updates. It was often hard to get a hold of the office because no one answered the phone.
Should any neighbors or friends ask about what company we used, I would certainly give them information about The Bath Authority.
The installation was not completed. The installers were late both first two days. The last day,the installer left a project for my husband to do that he should have done on both sides of the tub.
The work they did turned out great, they did clean up after the job was done.
If we had someone to recommend you to, we certainly would.
Although we agreed with the price up front, a new shower, toilet, sink, and floor at 20k is quite a bit more than originally anticipated. Going forward, we will always receive multiple quotes.
They didn't keep in touch with me like they promised.
