They sent two contractors out. There was a serious language barrier. They did a bad job. Travis came out and said he could re-do the whole project. I can't take that much time off work. They ended up patching the problem. When you pay for something new. You expect a brand new install, not a patched up one.

They were really prompt and right on time. I was real happy with the job they did.

Our installer was Tyler. He did a great job on our tub to shower conversion. We did have an issue with the sliding glass doors but he came back and fixed it. We are very satisfied with the result.

Professional staff and high quality installation.
Took 7 weeks for product to arrive.
Long lead time. Purchased custom glass doors which will be installed 4 to 6 weeks after the shower is installed. Selling point was they are a very large bath replacement company who is owned by or with a national window manufacturer/ installer. Despite their size, must have limited bathroom inventory and not the clout to expedite product for a reasonable install time. Good company to have your bath conversion if you don't, mind waiting 2 to 3 months for a complete bathroom.

The only downside is they are a little on the expensive side.

I am in love with my shower. I wish it could have been installed sooner but I understand why it took weeks to come in
