The 3rd Estimate took good care of everything here. They were really good. While they were here, they checked and made sure everything was done the right way, so I was really pleased.

It was very hard to get ahold of The 3rd Estimate when I needed something during the installation. The roofers were really messy and left way too many nails and debris around. When I asked to have something fixed, it took them a long time to do it.

Communication from the front office staff was horrible! In fact, some of the staff responsible for calling to arrange installation days and times were downright rude, in my opinion. In fact, on one occasion, I received a call indicating that a crew would be out the next day to install our gutter guards, gutter extensions, and replace our soffits anywhere between 7:00 AM-4:00 PM which seemed like an enormous window. We wanted the job done and thus agreed to be available during that time frame. The worst part of this story, however, is that on the day in question -NOBODY SHOWED UP AND NOBODY CALLED INDICATING THAT NOBODY WAS GOING TO SHOW UP!! This is completely discourteous and a totally unacceptable way to handle business and treat your customers. Will will NOT be recommending The 3rd Estimate, ever.

Josh Young explained in detail what needed to be done. He also made sure I understood everything. He also responded quickly when I had guestions. The men who did the roof & gutters were at the house on time and completed each task making sure it was done correctly!

Like I said in my Google review, the sales side was marginal at best. Wet pushy and didn’t care about my schedule or feelings.

I found 3rd Estamite on line. The same day a storm rolled in so fast and did a lot of damage. A huge 50 year old very health Maple was uprooted in my front yard. My neighbors fence was ripped apart and all over the place. My roof was a mess, shingles just ripped of throughout my hole roof. And to top it off, I had a hole the size of a basketball on the one side. They came out right away! Covered all the damage. Then the fight with my insurance company started. The 3rd Estamite, these guys where pros. They fought so hard for me. It didn't happen overnight. I won't lie. It took months and months. But I got the nices roof. I'm soooo pleased. It was worth it.

Excellent from start to finish

The process took much longer than expected and was given incorrect financing information at the initial consult. In the end the roof looks great, but there were a few key issues along the way that will prevent me from giving a strong recommendation.

I felt The 3rd Estimate was very responsive and did a very good job. The quality of the roof was excellent. It just so happened that two days after the roof was installed, a huge storm came in, and I didn't have any issues. They came back immediately to check the status of the roof and made sure everything was in place. They replaced a shingle because a tree fell on it, and they did an excellent job.

I had no issues with them, and I had a great experience. They did a good job with the installation and everything worked out pretty well.
