Their workers were very skilled and respectful and it impressed me. They were hard workers as well.

a two day job turned into a 5 week saga. It was the worst experience I have had with a contractor. They damaged my property and when what was damaged was replaced they caused more damage and the quality of the work was lower than what was replaced. This experience was an utter disappointment. I still have siding I have to repair on my house and a pissed neighbor because his house was damaged too. I would give a no star rating if I could.
Never applied for building permit til the job was done and only because it was holding payment til I got the permit

The 3rd Estimate took good care of everything here. They were really good. While they were here, they checked and made sure everything was done the right way, so I was really pleased.
It was very hard to get ahold of The 3rd Estimate when I needed something during the installation. The roofers were really messy and left way too many nails and debris around. When I asked to have something fixed, it took them a long time to do it.
Communication from the front office staff was horrible! In fact, some of the staff responsible for calling to arrange installation days and times were downright rude, in my opinion. In fact, on one occasion, I received a call indicating that a crew would be out the next day to install our gutter guards, gutter extensions, and replace our soffits anywhere between 7:00 AM-4:00 PM which seemed like an enormous window. We wanted the job done and thus agreed to be available during that time frame. The worst part of this story, however, is that on the day in question -NOBODY SHOWED UP AND NOBODY CALLED INDICATING THAT NOBODY WAS GOING TO SHOW UP!! This is completely discourteous and a totally unacceptable way to handle business and treat your customers. Will will NOT be recommending The 3rd Estimate, ever.

Good price for the work
Josh Young explained in detail what needed to be done. He also made sure I understood everything. He also responded quickly when I had guestions. The men who did the roof & gutters were at the house on time and completed each task making sure it was done correctly!
Like I said in my Google review, the sales side was marginal at best. Wet pushy and didn’t care about my schedule or feelings.
