Lorne and his crew were great to work with, the did an excellent job. It took a bit longer than I expected but they did great work.
The communication was very poor within the company, in different departments.
They were terrible from start to finish.
The workers who put our kitchen cabinets and appliances back after a pipe had been replaced were very unprofessional. They did a sloppy job leaving caulk on the walls, caulk was super thick because they didn’t use it properly, dishwasher was not flush with the cabinets, and cabinetry pieces were broken off. When we called and asked to have someone else in to fix the problems, they sent the same workers. They were rude and did a poor job.
I liked the contractors who came, but I didn't agree with everything else.
I was very pleased with their service.

They were extremely inefficient, coming to our house multiple times for a small job. Communication was limited. Initial scope changed after submitting to insurance. Personnel changed and job was forgotten. Promise to reach back out to the insurance company for additional issues wasn't done. Second person promised to do this a communicate with me with a decision. Never heard back.
I think they did a great job. I am very pleased with the work.

The project was much delayed, not prompt on appointments, work was not completed at all. All promises were broken.

Rick told me there is a guarantee for 5 years, but there is only a guarantee of 1 year. He had me sign a paper that stated he showed up, but he really tricked me into signing a contract that Teasdale Fenton was doing the work. I wasn't real happy with his trustworthiness. However, he is no longer with the company. The contract wasn't thoroughly explained. There were missed details that could possibly be detrimental.
Bobby was excellent. Anything I needed, he took care of it.
The work is done very nicely & you can trust the workers in your home
The ramediation for my water damage was fine, but because I did not want them to do the major part of the restoration, I was told to get a handy man to do the other part of the restoration. The restoration for the damage to my lower level was not as bad as Teasdale Fenton figured. The monetary amount was way off from what the insurance adjuster figured. When I made them aware of it, they did not want to have anything to do with it. Bad customer service in my book!!!
Arrived late and left early every day, so they were only able to work a few hours each day. And they complained constantly about the drive to my house, which got pretty old. The workers also failed to cover anything up before they began, so dust was everywhere. They left tools, screws, wood scraps all over the place, including exposed nails in wood that had been removed. It was a mess even after they finished, until I insisted they return to clean up. The final result is quality work, but I would not say it was worth the experience.
