FHIA has done a great job managing our sliding door replacement project. We had 3 large sliders replaced and they are beautiful! We didn’t realize how noisy our neighborhood was until the noise was taken away by quality sliders. They have taken care of everything making it very easy to be their customer.

Installers had to come back to caulk above and down the sides of the frame work outside. Job was completed very graciously. But would definitely recommend.

We were in the market for replacement windows and the ability to talk with the sales rep in SAMS Club made it easier! The scheduling for a home visit was very quick. The amount of time from picking the windows to installation was adequate! The installation technicians were very professional and the only issue, if any was a language issue. Their English was not very well! There was a window damaged during installation but it was replaced in a reasonable amount of time and it never affected the performance of the window! Over all I would still recommend FHIA remodeling to anyone interested in upgrading their windows and or doors!

I like that I did not have to pay anything for the repair. They were fast, professional, and very polite. Big selling point was that all labor and parts are covered lifetime for all future repairs. No out of pocket cost after purchase!

They installed a door of the proper size that opes closes and locks properly.

Hard working men

Never tested windows after installing. Luckily we tried 2, just as the workers were leaving and it slammed down. Project manager came out to try to fix but ended up breaking piece so had to order a new one. It took 2 months to get. I finally called to find out it had come in and scheduled install. When the guy came out to put in the trim around the window, the trim around the arched window above the front door was bent, due to installers folded it. In the meantime the original project manager we dealt with was no longer there so had a new one. When the he called to see how trim went we told him we were unhappy with it so they scheduled to have new one installed. We scheduled it to be in am but got a call it wouldn't be until from 2-5, ok. Well the person never showed and never got a call. On Monday got a call and told Marvin that the person never showed or called. Finally 3 days later the new trim was installed. We were told they would clean the windows, never did.
