Very professional. They called when it was rescheduled so I didn’t sit around waiting. The installation was great. Not a spot to touch up, they cleaned up as well. The follow up is good too.

They did an excellent job. They completed the project in a short time, and the staff was attentive and professional.

Communication was great! Everyone was timely, yet flexible. Installation went faster than expected and not as messy as anticipated.

Unlike some sales persons I’ve dealt with the product presentation was not over the top or up in my face. All my questions were answered clearly and to the point.

Installation crew was lacking in English communication making it difficult to communicate with them. They also had very basic skills/tools and didn’t retrain windows well or at all.

At every step of the process they did what they said they would do. No surprises no delays. They worked hard to get the project completed in a reasonable time frame.

The crew that installed our sliding door did a great job. They were courteous, professional and left the area very clean.

Installation seemed to go well. It was hard to communicate with the installers even using their language conversion on their cell phone. All words were not translated correctly on both ends.

The installers installed with quality workmanship, & were professional & courteous. The installer’s manager kept us in the loop & up to date.
