Job was never finished, the person in charge of finishing never came nor answers my calls or texts.

Quality product and install that met my expectations. Where issues or complications arose in the process, able to navigate with Staff to resolution. My home has 20+ windows and 2 sets of sliding doors so was a large job.

The installers were professional and friendly. The completed project (my front door with side panels) looks beautiful! I'm a completely satisfied customer!

Renuity employees were extremely professional and checked continuously on the progress of the project. Joel answered all my questions and followed up even after the project was completed. The installer, Monty, was amazing also!!

We had two parts of our order that were incorrect. Neither had yet been addressed. Communication with representatives is not very good.

I had a fantastic experience with my window installation from start to finish! The sales manager, Alex, was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process easy to understand without any pressure. I was on a strict timeline and they made sure that the windows were installed as promised with excellent communication throughout the process.

The install team was professional, efficient, and left everything clean and looking great.

Terrible.

The first door ordered came scratched. The replacement doors weatherstripping was installed incorrectly. The project manager has failed to communicate with us regarding replacing the weatherstripping after multiple phone calls and texts. I phoned the company directly to place an order for new weatherstripping and was told it would take 12 to 13 weeks to arrive and then I would be contacted for it to be installed. That many weeks seems a bit excessive just for weatherstripping so as of right now, I'm not confident that the door will be repaired. The replacement door was installed January 29, 2026, and it is now March 16th. The completion of this project won't be done until June. In my opinion for a simple fix, it is taking far too long to correct.

The Project Manager (Mr. O'Brien) and his workers were respectful and diligent throughout the project.

There was no sales pressure at all. We just happened to be wanting new Windows and Doors and decided to get an evaluation no obligation visit.

Yes I would tell others about your company.

For the most part we were satisfied, but we were told that we were to make 3 payments to Renuity, but the day of installation we were told that we needed to pay the full balance. Then we were told that there was insufficient funds for the check that we had given and we contacted the bank and the funds were there.

Because I am still waiting on a $584.07 Refund. I signed an amendment to the contract for $250 plus the balance remaining to be paid was $864.13 but they processed $1197.20 a difference of $334.07 plus the $250 = $584.07. I’ve been waiting since the companies went from FHIA to Renuity!! I’m going to have the Credit Card company to reverse charges as I did not authorize the totals paid.

The installation was performed in mid-November, but not completed until Feb 16 despite repeated appointments and commitments finish it. We chose this company, and paid a premium price, because of our perception the company and product were superior. The door may be superior; however; we consider the professionalism of the company to be in doubt.

The workmanship was excellent and they did the job in a timely manner. We were told the inspector would be here with the installer for the inspection today at 2:00. It is 5:00 and noone cane and no-one called. This is not professional.

The men did a very neat job of installation. Area outside and inside was protected and kept clean.

The install took 2 days. Both crews showed up on time, were polite and respectful of our home. They did their best to keep the construction mess to a minimum and cleaned up when they were finished.

Left stains on carpet in one room which I have not been able to ger rid of, left one window security system sensor inoperable, took three trips by five different people over two weeks to complete installation. As far as I can tell, the product appears to be as described and sold by the sales rep. Think I will be happy with the product even if the installation experience left something to be desired.
