OJ was very professional and asked me questions for placement of parts in the shower. He also has to redo some difficult plumbing updates which took longer than usual and saved me from having to hire a plumber👏👏👏. The experience from sales representative to all phone calls was absolutely incredible!!!!

Be more open about services such as floor cover (it would have been nice to know you only lay new flooring over old).

No need for improving, I answer this question the same for any survey because I don't promote services/products to friend/family unless they ask me about it first...

We were going to select from at least 3 different companies before choosing the winner, but that changed when your representative ( the first one we interviewed) gave us direct answers, suggested ways to save fees,explained the installation and gave us a complete breakdown of what the materials they would use and why. Couple that with a guarantee that should anything go wrong or you have a future problem with the install, a quick phone call to the company will get that problem fixed! But the biggest highlight ( for us) was that all construction would be finished, for each bathroom, ( we did two bathrooms) in two days!! I would definitely, without hesitation, gladly recommend MaxHome

I would recommend with the caveat that all crews use drop cloths throughout the interior during installation and shoe booties.

I don’t make it a practice to recommend to others, things I have little knowledge or expertise of, however, if asked about our new windows, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MaxHome Panama City.

If the Tallahassee installers were as awesome as Monifacio Castillo, from Houston, this rating would be a 10. However, the Tallahassee team was not able to honor two scheduled appointments, and that caused me to pause and rethink the entire project. My sales person in Tallahassee, Connie Mares, called to apologize, promised an experienced installer and offered a $500.00 discount for the inconvenience. Now that’s professional service and I was very pleased with the results

I would not recommend do to the fact of the high price and the subpar installation of the windows.

The only reason for not a 10 is during demolition or removal of old windows is they cut and ripped my vinyl siding in 4 places on the first set of windows I saw that and I did get Roberto to put some spray foam to fill the hole wife thinks it looks terrible and they sawed into the siding and left that slice open on the front windows wife saw that and complained to me

The installer arrived promptly, worked hard, was respectful and cleaned up after himself. He took extra time showing us how to operate everything by touch, as my husband and I are both blind.

We had a terrible experience with MaxHomes and our window replacement. We have a Cedar home and apparently they knew nothing about replacing windows in cedar . Measured wrong had to re order .... long bad story it took approximately 4 months to install and we had to finish trim.

During the presentation, I was impressed with the quality of the windows and the warranty. Now, the windows are installed and I am very happy with them and the whole process.

Three windows and back door are too small for the opening that they are in. They need to be tigh in the space they are placed in.

My experience with MaxHome has gone from an informercial to a practical installation of the product and after correcting all misunderstanding not only is the product exceptional but customer care is also exceptional.

I ordered and paid for vinyl covers for all my new windows they were not installed on the same day as the windows they had to come back because they did not have them but i called a couple of weeks earlier and was told they had the covers and were waiting for the windows to ship when they came to install the covers they only had 4 i needed 12 now i have to wait 2 more weeks for them to arrive and be installed after already waiting 4 months for the windows and covers

Every part of the experience was great! Connie did a fantastic job at understanding my needs, explaining options, and explaining the process. Things unfolded exactly as she outlined. The installers arrived in the designated days and completed two tub-to-shower conversions. They did an exceptional job and even cleaned everything up.

Our new windows are in our main living area and keep this room much cooler which, we believe, will lower our power bill. In addition, the windows are very well constructed and add value and beauty to our room. We appreciate Maxhome's attention to deliver this excellent product.

I was told it would take awhile to have my windows custom made, but that the company would call me no later then three months after measurements were made. Three and a half months later I had to call Max Home to see if my windows had come in.

I only had three windows made, under 20% of my homes windows, which required no permits. However, I was told the hold up had been because of permits. I felt lied to.

The installer was on time very professional Enterprise in his job.
