They did what they say. I like the warranty for the products.

I love the final results of our bathroom but I do think it was a bit pricey. We can't imagine that the materials justified the pricing.

the problem was the first shipment had one damaged window, the second time the installation was to be the windows were all the wrong size. the third time it was scheduled the windows were finally installed. and the last group arrived around noon. very frustrating.

It took two days to install due to wrong parts sent, but it was a good experience overall.

They did a great job. Everybody was nice and professional and friendly and kind and they did a good job and cleaned up and showed me what they did and asked me if I was OK with it before they left. They did a great job.

The job is still incomplete. The installer will return on July 9th to complete the installation. This is the 3rd trip. I'm also not happy about the way the windows are installed. The installers had to cut out part of the original wood frame to fit, which leaves me with the task of going back in and painting. In my opinion, and expectation for a complete job, when you hire someone to replace your windows, it should look fully finished at the end of the installation. I should not have to be painting. That's why I hired a professional. I was told it wouldn't matter about the cutout because the finished product would cover the cutout, and that is not true..

The Call Center should be aware of and respect arrangements agreed to by the sales person and the customer.

I am definitely recommending MaxHome without any hesitation. The fact that the project is just one day to complete is great! However, working with the team from sales to follow up and install was an awesome experience! Excellent Extreme Customer Service at its best!

The installation was not completed to the salespersons suggested specifications, which we noticed when we hit our heads on the too-low shower head and that the curtain rod was mounted too low and we were stepping on the curtain when we shower. We contacted Max Home on April 7 and was I was contacted by a supervisor later that day and explained the issue - he said the front and back walls would have to be ordered and replaced and that I’d be contacted to confirm and schedule. Weeks went by with no contact - I reached out on 4/25 and was contacted later that day, with promises to contact me on April 28. Flash forward to yesterday, after going more than a month with no contact. I was told that an S pipe would be installed (to move the shower head upward). When I said that this would not address all of our issues, the person actually checked the notes and informed me that they’d get the parts and do the installation on July 17, which seems unreasonably long for a problem reported in early April. This would have been solved by better internal and external communication.

OJ was very professional and asked me questions for placement of parts in the shower. He also has to redo some difficult plumbing updates which took longer than usual and saved me from having to hire a plumber👏👏👏. The experience from sales representative to all phone calls was absolutely incredible!!!!

Be more open about services such as floor cover (it would have been nice to know you only lay new flooring over old).
