If there's an error made, they are really good with coming out to make thing right. They provided excellent customer service. They are customer oriented. Beau is excellent and receptive. He returns your call and cares about the customers. He's excellent and comes out to check the project himself. I have already given people their information.

Financing was helpful and easy. Mark was very flexible with working with us on finishing the project in two phases so we could install a pool in the middle of the project. This is the second time we have used system pavers and we would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

The process was very straightforward. Chris came out and spoke with me on the phone and made recommendations. He spent extra time to discuss different things about the project and also the company, from materials to resources for the client/customer. Tony, also explained things and kept me informed. The communication was great. The online portal made it easy to address paperwork and payment. The portal was also straightforward to request follow up with any issues after the project (in our case it was very minor and the crew came out with Tony keeping us informed regarding ETA). The crew was efficient and finished on time or even sooner. Their work was superb.

George and Tony were always on time. The process was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

Massive improvement in property curb appeal and usability of the redone side yard area. Salesperson was personable, knowledgeable and spent all the time necessary to make sure the plan would result in what I needed and wanted. Project Manager communicated well and was responsive to all questions and requests. Work was completed as quickly as was possible given the holidays and the bad weather that caused delays. Other businesses I spoke with had a several-months-long lead time before they could even get started on my project, but SP was able to start within just 2-3 weeks once the plan was decided.

This is the third project we’ve done with System Pavers. Their project managers are top notch. Communicative, on time, professional. The workers are respectful of the property and do an outstanding job, leaving our property looking better than they found it.

We are totally pleased with the whole process. Mark Trojanowski checked in with us routinely. We loved Jogli and his crew. They were always on time, worked hard, did a great job, and were always pleasant. They cleaned up every day before they left. We love our backyard.

The work was done incredibly well, the design looks amazing, and the quality of the stone looks very good. I am expecting it to last well into the future. There are one or two spots that need to be fixed. They have been very prompt about communication with that. I am not worried about there being problems or communications. They have done well in communications.

Albert Hagan our designer worked closely to come up with a design that turned out wonderfully. There were unanticipated costs due to drainage issues inherent to the yard that the team led by Beau was able to mitigate. When there were issues/questions that arose he and the team were quick to answer or address promptly. The end result looks amazing and was done in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Everything about the project was done in a thoroughly professional manner. From the planning to the installation everything was done right. The installation crew respected my property and answered all my questions.

The Design Consultant, Bill Hudson, Project Manager, Beau Johnston and the crew with the leadership of Palemon were above and beyond professional. From sales, follow-up, demolition of the old concrete to the installation of the pavers and turf until the project was completed.

Also, the 10 year warranty for the turf and 25 year for the pavers is a big factor why we hired System Pavers.

My neighbor have come over and communicated how much like the lawn and I have told them that System Pavers are great to work with.
