I would love it if an English fluent employee were present at all times. The cost is prohibitive to many folks, so I might recommend folks have a small, neccessary project performed if their budget is limited (as is, of my friends and family.)

They were really thorough in explaining what they were doing, and they did an awesome job.

Overall I’m happy with the outcome. It is necessary to be onsite to check the quality of workmanship.

Apparently we have a very hard yard and it took 3 installation teams to get our lawn right and not have the seams show. They still do.

The project was flawless and the result impeccable.

Good follow through on our project even though we moved and changed houses. They were accommodating in changing from the original scope of services that we contracted them for to helping us in planning and constructing a new project for our new home.

Don’t sub out to non English speakers. Better yet don’t sub. Use real employees. Follow your OWN standards. Don’t make up excuses as t why you don’t follow industry standards as described in your own literature and on your own website.

Damage was done to my existing driveway and never properly repaired. Small pieces of pavers were used as filler instead of pieces being cut to correct size. These are now loose and some are missing. Some areas appear to have received too little sand. Pavers used on steps are loose.

Stayed to contracted time schedules, cost and materials. Up most open communications with promt responce times, explanations and updates. Have never had a better experience with a contractor and Instalation team. Thanks to System Pavers I have a beautiful completed external living environment with usable, clean and organized patio sites, entery way steps and porches that total complement and extenuate my home and property.
