We had our siding, windows, and gutters replaced in our home. It was a larger-than-average project. The attention to detail in all phases of the project - from planning, installation, and painting impressed my wife and me. The craftsmen were there when promised, worked meticulously, asked questions when needed to, did a great job in the finishing aspect. The painting was incredible. Very, very satisfied!!Our 40-year-old home looks brand new. It increases our resale value double what our investment was. We are already planning to use them for our daughters' homes and have recommended our friends to them.
I am still waiting for them to replace a window.
My house looks great with new siding.. it was not without staff issues and mistakes during the job. Sided over dryer vent, 149 nails after rolling a magnet, downspouts thrown out in the yard then difficult to find where they went, and tromping over my flowers. Otherwise, it is a great company and have fixed everything and more. Yes, I would highly recommend them, just not the sub contractor they used.
I am just satisfied with the final product.
The owner, Erwin, personally came out and measured the house. He told me things that he thought needed to be done. He was a good advisor. All of the crews that were here were all very neat and kept the site very clean. Project manager followed up with me throughout the project. Everything is fine now.

Sales was thorough but communication from the Project Manager was inconsistent. I had several difficulties through the overall project but I feel more could have been done through follow up and compensation to earn my full satisfaction.

We had SuperiorPro install new Hardie siding, trim, new fireplace cap, paint the whole exterior including windows and patch/repair minor areas. Overall they did a phenomenal job! The crew was fast, efficient, clean and detailed. Their craftsmanship was top-notch and everything turned out beautifully.
Any problems we have had they were able to correct. The workmanship has been great and I would recommend them!

Although we did a lot of research before choosing SuperiorPRO Exteriors, we were very disappointed in the scheduling and management of the project, the disconnect between Sales and Construction and the quality of the contractors provided.
Overall I am satisfied, however there were two items that were not closed off. 1. I shared that my lawn hose had been sliced by the pressure washer team, while I believe it was an accident I asked that it be replaced. Secondly, the color used for the front door was not a close match to (red) that previously existed. I have other projects I am building a building a budget for other home projects and would consider Superior again..Brian Panosian
I purchased a new home in May which was in need of new siding. I hired SuperiorPRO Exteriors for the job using James Hardie ColorPlus. Out of the three vendors I intially had quote the job, SuperiorPRO Exteriors were the most professional and knowledgeable. The entire process....from quoting (by Heber) to project management and final inspection (with Jennifer) was seemless. The quality of the work is top notch and was done in a timely fashion and within budget. What I thought was going to be a stressful project simply was not. That I owe to all to the process and everyone involved. Now that that project is complete, my house looks brand new and I am etremely pleased. I would highly recommend mend SuperiorPRO Exteriors and I am sure I will use them again in the future.
