I have stories from other family members who used a different vendor for their solar installation, and they did not have a good experience. They had issues with the installer and permitting. That is not the case with Sunpath. When Chet performed the on-site survey, he was able to answer all my questions and lay any concerns to rest.

There was no pushy sales pitch, they provided the information in a clear concise way and answered any follow-up questions quickly.

Sunpath Services LLC delivered as committed and then some. In the project management world this is everything! They answered all our detailed questions and delivered a high quality product / service. One of the panels showed up underperforming. Sunpath is replacing the under-performing panel under warranty and without complaint.

We can't express how easy our project was, from start to finish. Sunpath came out for the initial visit and really took a lot of time to explain things to us, he took his time with measurements for size and location for the system, being really thoughtful about the best setup. During the design and permitting phase, the SunPath team had great communication with us. They were also able to find additional state rebates for solar contractors that reduced our final cost, and they worked with us when PGE required that the transformer to our street be upgraded. The installation for our 28-panel/11.34kW and 20kWh battery system took about 3 days. The crew was professional, kept the job site spotless and explained everything as they went. Couldn't be happier with our experience.
