We had a major water leakage in our houe that we were renting. They were very quick to be on site, worked incredibly well with the insurance company (allstate) and made what was a very traumatic experience bearable. They worked with our rentors schedule and weree given high marks by them on their professionalism. Strongly recomend to everyone!

The people to come clean-up/restore the problem were very effective and fast which helped so much as we had a flood. Lawrence was very nice and kept me informed. Besides him, the rest of the company seemed confused and didn't seem to care about time. They go through different company's to do different parts, so it was hard to get stuff done. They got the price wrong 3 times, and still harass me to pay them 100 dollars for their mistake.

I highly recommend this company for taking care of household flooding. Our entire basement was flooded. They responded immediately, had all of the necessary equipment to professionally and effectively dry out and clean up the flooded area. The staff members that were sent out were extremely knowledgeable and worked hard, above and beyond, to take care of the flooded area. They quickly removed all damaged carpet and flooring, and completely dried out all concrete, base boards and walls. We had no molding as a result of their quick response and hard work. This company was referred to me by my parents who used them to take care of a flooding problem as well. Steammatic did an excellent job for them as well. I highly recommend steammmatic as the company to pick.
