I only hesitate to give a 10 because I had such an aggravating experience with the sales staff. The install team was really wonderful and despite being over-promised by sales, fulfilled every aspect of what I was promised and went beyond to ensure I was happy.

The salesman was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. The installation team was great. They took time to ask what we needed and took measurements to insure Mom would be safe and comfortable.

Quality of workmanship was poor at best, crew arrived on site with no Building material and limited tools, had to loan the crew ladders. Also there were 3 or 4 crews rotated on this Walkin Shower Build and members decided they wanted the Wife's good broom, they were nice enough to leave a broken broom with a dry wall screw securing the handle, they also emptied a white 5 gallon bucket and repurposed for their on use.

Door is beautiful. Replaced the entire frame and it is now perfect!. Staff was respectful and diligently completed the installation. Very happy!

Sales experience was pleasant and the sales rep. was very knowledgable. Quality windows and install. From start to finish, Statewide was always checking in with us.

The whole team worked so well together and were careful with inside property

We met with the representative on May 14 and were told that the install should begin on June 14 and be completed by June 15. I can understand a delay of a month or so, but for the install to not be finished until October 6 is a bit ridiculous.

It is not very useful to our needs

Good options on products

The installer and the shower were great, especially the installer who took his time to do it right. The one problem I have is that the doors seem to be missing some type of sliding seal and sometimes leak.

Shower work was great. Very happy. Carpenter work on the widening and replacement of the door, moving of the light switch, replacing the tile and calking was very poor. As of right now it has not been corrected. And shower glass has not been installed. This all started on 9/10/2025. To date it has not been finish to our satisfaction. Today is 10/8/2025. It's taken a month basically and not complete. Was told 2 days and then another 2 weeks for the half glass to be put in. I'm not a happy person right now.

Scott was very good at his job. He arrived on time, he did some extra work to be sure it was right. Unfortunately I don’t know anyone that needs their service, or I would.

Covered my floors to keep them from getting scratched. Worked efficiently, steadily, communicated what they were doing. Cleaned up after themselves.

This was a well-organized project from start to finish, from Sherry, who made the sales call and went over options & pricing with me, to Tammy, who handled the details and drawings, and options with the bench as we had to adjust the original placement to make it work. The crew that did the work was a father & son, and they were phenomenal in getting the job done in less than 2 full working days with a quality outcome that was everything that was supposed to happen. Also had Joe, my project manager, who checked in with me both days and the crew doing the work to make sure everything was going to plan

So far, they have done well in communicating what’s happening with our process.
