Efficient, quiet, excellent work, well done!!

Everything went great, the only thing is more communication between all your staff. I felt like the Costco guy, said one thing, the guy that came to our house said another and then the installation had the final say. If everyone involved knew all the correct details it would help. All the people were great, just a little miscommunication.

Statewide Remodeling refused to complete a small (45"x5") area of drywall in the ceiling. The Installer was excellent and was willing to install the small piece of drywall and did so, but could not apply drywall tape, mud, or paint, due to Statewide Remodeling policy, is my understanding. I don't understand why drywall is such an obstacle to their business model. It seems to me it should be a core function of any renovation/installation job

They were prompt to respond to our call on an estimate. Worked with us on the start day and finished the job in well time.

We did not receive the product we wanted. The item we received, specifically the shower pan, was not what we wanted. We were never given a choice, nor, was the item we received ever described to us. This was a problem of the sales person

From start to finish, we were kept informed of timetables and involved in the project. Casey was a wonderful and efficient worker and pleasant to have in the house.

Very good at letting us know where we were in the process of getting our windows. They let us know when the windows had been completed at the manufacturer, the approximate date when they would arrive to their warehouse, called to set up a time for installation, and called after the installation to make sure that everything had been done right.

Would definitely recommend using Statewide to any one wanting a walk in shower remodel.

It took much longer than I thought it would to complete. From when he came and took all the measurements until it was completed was from about two months. If we hadn’t have been leaving the country it wouldn’t have been so crucial. The overall work was excellent. The workers were awesome.

Our window is perfect, installation was quick, and efficient, installed by Paul, and his son. They were friendly and professional, and cleaned up everything nicely.

Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

I'm very happy with my new shower. The sales rep. put together a great package for me. Financing was easy, too. The installation team worked with me to be sure all of the components were exactly where I wanted them and their work is beautiful.

Though they were addressed, had some technical issues that could have been avoided.

I have already shown off my 'new' bathroom to several people. All of them have been as inpressed as I was...especially those who had seen the bathroom before the remodel. 😀

Measurements were way off. Quality of materials was significantly below expectations. Quality of workmanship was not as good as I was lead to believe. If given the chance to do over, I would not use Statewide Remodeling.

I love the shower and Octavio did a great job.

My wife and I are very pleased with the installation of the new windows and sliding glass doors.

My wife was disappointed in our color choice when the material delivered. The installer insisted that he return it and allow her to make another selection. We really appreciated that.

The entire experience was very good. The workers were very knowledgeable, neat(before,during, and after), made do with a couple of minor problems, and they were quick at what did. Skilled Workers. My only disappointment was they did not put new trim around the windows on the inside. Otherwise a 10/10.
