I have used this company on several projects in the past five years and found it to be a top-rated company. They do what is contracted promptly and professionally.

1. The doors were very, very expensive and beyond most middle income families. 2. My storm door had to be removed and I was not warned of that. 3. I had to ask for more weather proofing in the doors than was put in there, and I was promised full weather proofing.

This was my second project with Statewide Remodeling. The two workers removed and replaced a double window. It fits perfectly and the matches the same paint color of the front bedroom window. Since Statewide Remodeling expertly did my first project, which looks great, I was confident that the workmanship would also be done professionally. I will definitely continue with Statewide Remodeling for any future projects.

The service and staff were excellent. Erick gave us through review of what to expect and Joshua and his helper were more than satisfactory. They clean up everything and even vacuumed the carpet and floor. After they left the only thing we had to do was rehang the curtains. Overall excellent experience. Thank you so much.

Keep et the job site clean at all times

I was happy with the whole experience. They did it in only 6 hours, but they initially thought it was going to take a day and a half. The men were very nice, they cleaned up very well, they were nice to each other, and the sounded like they were having a great time. It was just a good experience!

Overall professialism

We would recommend Statewide to anyone we know that needs a shower installed or replaced. Everything was done right and looks great. Was keep informed on everything going on and checked with us during the job and after it was done to make sure we were happy with the job and it was done with our approval.

Very knowledgeable

I am giving Statewide a 10 only because representatives of the company have told me it's necessary in order for the installers to get their bonus. It seems like a very transparent effort to leverage a high rating in this category by holding their employee's payment hostage since the questions related to installation were previously given a 10. Hopefully management was bluffing because it would be very sad if I care more about their employees than they do, particularly when the employees did excellent work as was clearly indicated on our previous survey response. The remaining questions will be answered "NA" as they were satisfactorily addressed in the response to the previous survey.
