Houses are build so cheap without even basic things into it like garage door opener, gutters & down spouts, window screen, bath room hardware, not even a single ceiling fan.

I would have appreciated additional follow through after the closing.

They do not let you know when the representatives change offices. The communication is poor. When talking with them, they did not let us know we would not be charged additional fees based on the loan company.

They followed and communicated the timeline well. I was very happy with how the process was communicated.

I would recommend it because the turnaround time was very fast.

The experience was ok but was a lot of miscommunication and by the time we found out about certain things it was too late to back out of the contract.

We are very pleased with many factors of our Starlight Homes. From start to finish, this has been an enjoyable project. Sales and construction manager were informative and experience has been awesome!

I needed to move unexpectedly, and the the two sales associates I worked with, first Collin, then Trae were amazing at finding me exactly what I was looking for.
I had no idea how to buy a home and Trae Turner and the construction manager, Dustin Easterling, helped me through the entire process.
Trae helped me find the perfect home, and found the perfect location, even though I was ready to buy the exact home that was already finished. Trae showed me a view he knew I would like more, even though I would have to wait a just little longer, and I will be forever grateful for that.
Dustin has gone over and above what I would have expected of a construction manager. He was, and continues to be, patient and helpful with my questions about everything and anticipates questions I may have in the future.
This has been a stress free experience during a stressful situation. I’m thankful everyday I followed the Starlight signs into this neighborhood!

The customer service is really good. They have everything you're looking for in a home. I had no issues whatsoever.

Home has AC problems 2 days before the closing date and it builder 2 days after closing for them to fix the issue. I have problem with irrigation/sprinkler system and the irrigation company refused to fix the leak from the main city line at the water meter box.

It would be nice if they followed through on their promises! They lost my mailbox key, and I have to pay out of pocket to get my mail from the post office. There were things that were promised but were not fulfilled.

They are very polite and nice.

The process went well, and the house is good. I haven't really had any issues, and it is a good neighborhood.

Lots of add on missing on house like blinds, garage door motor, no extra bricks or paint left for home owner.no swimming pool, ponds are dirty..no fountains with mosquitos, Plat area gas only 2 swings and caters for bigger kids and a very small slide..

They were willing to work with us and make sure the deal was closed. They were very responsive and in a timely manner.

Everybody is very friendly, houses very spacious and high-quality finished.

I actually recommended this area to a friend who has decided to purchase a home here as well.

I put more details below, but the overall build quality and finish of the home is low for the price we paid. Noticed very many areas where either no quality check was done, or cheap alternatives were used to cut costs.
