It was good working with Starlight Homes.

The case management or people who are involved in the closing have no clue what they are doing. It is a nightmare doing the closing, especially for someone who is buying their first home and out of state. My realtor had to go back and highlight numbers because they didn't know what they were looking for with my bank statements. They waited so long to get back to me on the closing. Also, they wanted responses right away from me, and it was hard for me to get information to them on that timeline when I am at work. It was a nightmare for me. They don't respond back in a timely manner. They don't communicate with the customer. I almost backed out of the purchased this home. The only person who I dealt with who did a great job, was Dustin. He worked with us on timetables, and worked with the time that was good for me. I just have a bad taste in my mouth with Starlight Homes.

I would definitely recommend Starlight Homes to anyone. Mr. Chris, the inspector, takes care of the homes, goes to different clients, checks in to see what is going on, and answers any of my calls. He is very dependable. Ms. Tamesia as well. They worked with me, got me through with no problems, helped me close quicker, and were very dependable.

I am likely to recommend them to a friend because the follow-up was good so far. I haven't moved in everything yet, but it is good so far. The builder, Zach, is good, always follows up with me, and always calls to check and see if I need anything, even after I paid for the house.

Screens for windows and sliding glass door should be included. Same with towel racks and toilet paper holders. Pest control service should be administered while construction is underway.

Quality of construction is very bad. Kitchen cabinets falling off within a month. Construction manager never answers call or emails

Several design items would prevent me from recommending: 1. carpet in the living room where dirt and mud will be tracked in from the back door.2. carpet in the hallway leading from the garage same story .3. single switch in bedroom (no ceiling fan wiring) 4. no built in blind on rear door
