We loved the house and the entire process the team they were all amazing

I’d like to be communicated with and provided details. It’s conflicting information and not fully relevant information. The amount of questions required to ask to gain full knowledge is disappointing.

The house has a lot of issues. The appliances are very poor quality. There are issues with the electricity. Only part of the house has working electricity. I have called Starlight Homes to try to resolve these issues because the house is still under warranty, but they have not responded.

They were great.

The whole process with Starlight Homes was very smooth and easy. I have no complaints at all.

The process was super easy. The loan team and the Starlight team were very communicative throughout the entire process. The system that we used was user-friendly, and pretty easy to use. It made everything much easier.

The house is in good condition. The finishes were excellent. The general contractor was attentive to details.

More collaboration with the home owner in assisting with issues pertaining to outside contractors ..i.e. spectrum

We are so happy with the salesperson, Farrah. She helped us with everything. Kevin, on the maintenance team, helped with our orientation, telling us what we needed to know about keeping up with the house. He helped with explaining everything.

The process was easy, the price was good, the place is nice, and everybody came together so that everything worked out.

Starlight makes it easy and fun to buy a home. Plus they have beautiful homes at reasonable prices.

My salesperson Vicmarie was amazing. She took time to explain everything to me, and answered all questions very quickly. Her customer service skills are amazing.

This has been a learning experience for me. When we conducted the initial walk thru, there were numerous things that needed to be fixed. When we came for the final walk thru nothing was done. Our mistake in closing without the repairs being done but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. House was turned into us dirty. Clothes dryer was in the middle of the primary bedroom. The materials used in the home are cheap, even though these townhomes are not inexpensive. Steph air has been great and has worked with us but as we putting things together my bathroom door cabinet door just fell. After the closing the only sales rep which would assist us was Jessica. There was a gentleman in the office who was very unprofessional. This is unacceptable of new home construction. I would not recommend this builder to family or friends.

I was looking for a home that did not have an HOA. The salesperson did not tell me that they had one. Even though I was clear that I did not want to be a part of an HOA.

Hvac and heater weren't wired correctly they both had to be fixed by multiple technicians. Driveway had to be redone because the pipe connecting to the city was destroyed. We also had drywall and garage issues. On top of that I had to fight every step of the way with your team. As they were trying to not fix the issues

My sales representative, Christian Nieves, was wonderful. I would recommend him.

It was an absolute pain throughout the entire process. Was almost homeless because they didn't yet have the right to sell us a house...after providing us with a closing date. We found out 4 days prior. Also the sod in our backyard had to be relayed by the builders and that killed a good half of it. So now our lawn looks like **** in the back compared to our neighbors.

Marisol is the absolute best. She has made the entire experience as stress-free as possible, and genuinely wanted us to be excited and happy about the house. There were multiple times where, due to work and traffic, we would arrive close to closing time, but Marisol would stay late to make sure we had all the information and were able to see all of the houses. Even after closing, she has saved us a ton of worry, from finding wrongly delivered packages to connecting us with neighbors and more.

Rodion is an amazing construction manager. His walkthrough was thorough, honest, and you can tell he does his work with pride. Even after closing, when we had an issue with the home (not related to building construction), he was at our doorstep the next morning with a solution in place. We consider ourselves incredibly lucky to have a construction manager as dedicated to his work as Rodion.

I would recommend purchasing from Starlight Homes depending on the quality of the purchase the buyer is looking for. Starlight Homes has very poor quality.

They are really nice and answered any questions I had. Anytime you need to ask a question, they will be there to answer it.
