Start up process was helpful. Walked us through majority of the steps.

Ours sales rep, Jen Cristy, was not good at all in detailing what the actual house would come with. She said it would come with window blinds in the front, but that was not the case. She also said the house would not come with gutters, but that was not the case either. She could not answer any questions we had regarding the title or mortgage.

The construction project manager, Rodie, was phenomenal and helped straighten out any questions we had.

I’d like to be communicated with and provided details. It’s conflicting information and not fully relevant information. The amount of questions required to ask to gain full knowledge is disappointing.

The house has a lot of issues. The appliances are very poor quality. There are issues with the electricity. Only part of the house has working electricity. I have called Starlight Homes to try to resolve these issues because the house is still under warranty, but they have not responded.

This has been a learning experience for me. When we conducted the initial walk thru, there were numerous things that needed to be fixed. When we came for the final walk thru nothing was done. Our mistake in closing without the repairs being done but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. House was turned into us dirty. Clothes dryer was in the middle of the primary bedroom. The materials used in the home are cheap, even though these townhomes are not inexpensive. Steph air has been great and has worked with us but as we putting things together my bathroom door cabinet door just fell. After the closing the only sales rep which would assist us was Jessica. There was a gentleman in the office who was very unprofessional. This is unacceptable of new home construction. I would not recommend this builder to family or friends.

I was looking for a home that did not have an HOA. The salesperson did not tell me that they had one. Even though I was clear that I did not want to be a part of an HOA.

Hvac and heater weren't wired correctly they both had to be fixed by multiple technicians. Driveway had to be redone because the pipe connecting to the city was destroyed. We also had drywall and garage issues. On top of that I had to fight every step of the way with your team. As they were trying to not fix the issues
