I was looking for a home that did not have an HOA. The salesperson did not tell me that they had one. Even though I was clear that I did not want to be a part of an HOA.

Hvac and heater weren't wired correctly they both had to be fixed by multiple technicians. Driveway had to be redone because the pipe connecting to the city was destroyed. We also had drywall and garage issues. On top of that I had to fight every step of the way with your team. As they were trying to not fix the issues

Starlight need to be more specific about the home specification that you are not getting with your purchase : Non Irrigation in the back for example / Non alligators security grid on waterways connected with the community pond / Details over the Bath

It was an absolute pain throughout the entire process. Was almost homeless because they didn't yet have the right to sell us a house...after providing us with a closing date. We found out 4 days prior. Also the sod in our backyard had to be relayed by the builders and that killed a good half of it. So now our lawn looks like shit in the back compared to our neighbors.
