I’d like to be communicated with and provided details. It’s conflicting information and not fully relevant information. The amount of questions required to ask to gain full knowledge is disappointing.

The house has a lot of issues. The appliances are very poor quality. There are issues with the electricity. Only part of the house has working electricity. I have called Starlight Homes to try to resolve these issues because the house is still under warranty, but they have not responded.

They were great.

The whole process with Starlight Homes was very smooth and easy. I have no complaints at all.

More collaboration with the home owner in assisting with issues pertaining to outside contractors ..i.e. spectrum

We are so happy with the salesperson, Farrah. She helped us with everything. Kevin, on the maintenance team, helped with our orientation, telling us what we needed to know about keeping up with the house. He helped with explaining everything.

The process was easy, the price was good, the place is nice, and everybody came together so that everything worked out.

Considering the number of issues in a newly built home, I cannot recommend this property to others.

Starlight makes it easy and fun to buy a home. Plus they have beautiful homes at reasonable prices.

My salesperson Vicmarie was amazing. She took time to explain everything to me, and answered all questions very quickly. Her customer service skills are amazing.

This has been a learning experience for me. When we conducted the initial walk thru, there were numerous things that needed to be fixed. When we came for the final walk thru nothing was done. Our mistake in closing without the repairs being done but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. House was turned into us dirty. Clothes dryer was in the middle of the primary bedroom. The materials used in the home are cheap, even though these townhomes are not inexpensive. Steph air has been great and has worked with us but as we putting things together my bathroom door cabinet door just fell. After the closing the only sales rep which would assist us was Jessica. There was a gentleman in the office who was very unprofessional. This is unacceptable of new home construction. I would not recommend this builder to family or friends.

Starlight Homes has been very straightforward and ongoing on all the request that I have. They were very professional in every way.

I was looking for a home that did not have an HOA. The salesperson did not tell me that they had one. Even though I was clear that I did not want to be a part of an HOA.

Hvac and heater weren't wired correctly they both had to be fixed by multiple technicians. Driveway had to be redone because the pipe connecting to the city was destroyed. We also had drywall and garage issues. On top of that I had to fight every step of the way with your team. As they were trying to not fix the issues

My sales representative, Christian Nieves, was wonderful. I would recommend him.
