Compared to other options at similar prices, the overall value feels a bit below expectations. Additionally, the home was delivered without full cleanliness.

Start up process was helpful. Walked us through majority of the steps.

Ours sales rep, Jen Cristy, was not good at all in detailing what the actual house would come with. She said it would come with window blinds in the front, but that was not the case. She also said the house would not come with gutters, but that was not the case either. She could not answer any questions we had regarding the title or mortgage.

The construction project manager, Rodie, was phenomenal and helped straighten out any questions we had.
