The homes are so pretty and very spacious. The way they build the homes is amazing. Everyone is so warm and welcoming at the office and knowledgeable. If you're moving to this area I highly recommend Starlight! It's affordable, a good build and the yard is amazing!

I recently purchased my first home. I chose Starlight out of a recommendation from my younger cousin who just bought her new home from Starlight.

I would have to say that Starlight is like the Bucees of home builders. What I mean by that is they have all the necessary resources under their umbrella, that a potential home buyer needs to secure a smooth closure.

Of course, you don't have to use their resources. You're free to use your own. I compared the financial numbers with 2 different mortgage companies (including my credit union) and they couldn't come close to the offer that Starlight proposed. You will benefit financial, if you stay within the Starlight umbrella.

Another thing I wish I knew is that you really don't need a realtor. Bring one if you already have one. If you don't, the Starlight people will walk you through all the floor plans as well as the home buying process. I know this sounds odd, but the truth is the reps from the builder where way more helpful than my realtor was. Just being honest.

My overall experience with Starlight and all the entities which work closely with them was way smoother than I could have imagined. Even dealing with the maintenance team has been a five star experience. I'm not saying that the house was perfect. It did have some minor issues. Nothing major. But the maintenance team showed their true colors with outstanding costumer service by taking care of my concerns in a manner that exceeded my expectations.

I am very thankful and I love the feeling of having a beautiful new home to come to everyday. I would highly recommend Starlight 🙏

HELPFUL THRU THE PROCESS.

The process was smooth and everybody involved was nice BUT the quality of paint, the nails poking through the carpet and hurting my kids feet the quality of the trims etc could be a bit better

i was surprised by starlight homes. i had never heard of them before, but they definitely came as a pleasant surprise when my realtor brought me to them. they were very professional, welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process, even going out of their way on occasion to make sure things happened in the proper time.

The build quality of the homes are very low. I know they are basic affordable homes but at least take pride in the build. 2 of the interior doors in our house are crooked. The frame and all. Like a picture not level on a wall. It looks terrible and its embarassing when guests come over to see this.

I have already told people about the community, and they are looking into it.
